From a vintage flea market, to live music and food trucks, vintage car & RV show, to the kids pumpkin painting zone there will be something for everyone. Event runs 9 a.m. 6 p.m. and admission is free! If you re a vendor who specializes in vintage furniture, junk, upcycled materials or artesian food vendor spots are still available. 10 x 10 spaces are $50; 10 x 20 spaces are $90 or 20 x 20 for $120. All aspects of the drawdown will be discussed with special emphasis on being compliant with regulations during construction and debris removal and protection of property.

You work any days you choose, as many or as few hours as you want, pick the tasks you prefer, and earn $6.00 per hour for your favorite NWA charity for each hour you volunteer.

You ll work with some great people, help our environment by reducing landfill, and make money for a great cause.

Our indoor cycling class will take you there it s an interval class based on cycling drills and set to energizing music. The class will also incorporate some strength intervals using the new TRX system. Classes are held Monday & Wednesday evenings from 5:45 6:30 p.m. starting September 11 at Metfield Clubhouse Fitness Center.
