2 We are seeing the weather return to normal this season, although the golfers are still enjoying some chilly conditions as I write. The course remains open on a day to day basis and we will keep you up to date regularly. Platform tennis is gaining steam - feel free to try it out even if you never played. Great group lots of fun! Thank you all for a great Thanksgiving Dinner turnout and support of our to - go meals. We had many compliments to Chef Keegan s offerings and that amenity continues to grow. We will have some Christmas favorites available for Christmas take out as well. December is upon us and we kicked off the month with a terrific Holly Ball. Great crowd, the staff rallied and the Club looks beautiful in Holiday décor make sure to stop in and enjoy some Holiday cheer this month. After Trivia Night on the 8th, we will have our annual Festive Holiday Buffet Wednesday the 14th. Santa Brunch will follow on the 18th - always fun... Prime Rib Night and It s Your Birthday will be moved up to December 17th due to the Holidays and Chef Keegan has a special Menu for New Years Eve. Some fun entertainment will usher in the new year as well. A special thanks for the generous contributions to the employee holiday fund it has been a great year for the Club and the staff has worked hard we look forward to 2017 with great plans to make The Country Club of Troy the place to be in the region! 4 OFF SEASON SCORES: GHIN Handicap Posting (Winter ) Q: Can I post my away scores this winter? A: Yes! There are only two requirements for posting away scores. You must have your 7 - digit GHIN # (available in the pro shop or at the front desk). Second; the club you are playing must utilize the GHIN system. Simply click on the guest score feature on the computer at the away course. If you desire a handicap card for the winter, they are available in the golf shop. Please call us if you have any questions. ( ) In addition you can also input scores on-line at or use the GHIN Ap on your smartphone. THANK YOU!
