Should any disputes or events that are not outlined in this Schedule or the above mentioned rules arise, the FEI rules shall be followed. CHARGES BY THE ORGANISER Entry fees please see under the section Competitions at the end of this Schedule Stabling fee (despite number of hours or days spent) 35 EUR for all competition time (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Stabling cost includes first bedding of straw. Additional straw and shavings available for purchase. Hay available for purchase at 30 EUR per role. Additional shavings 8 EUR per pack. 7 A minimum of 3 combinations are awarded in all classes regardless of the number of participants. In classes with 13 or more participants, 25% of the combinations are awarded). Awards are being held directly after each class. Prizes to be won are described in the section Competitions, at the end of this Schedule. INSURANCES The Organizer cannot take responsibility of material or physical damage (accidents, theft, illness etc.) that can happen to officials, horses, competitors, grooms, and horses owners, spectators at the show grounds before, during or after the competition. All owners and athletes are personally responsible for damages to third parties caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out insurance coverage providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events at home and abroad, and to keep the policy up to date. STARTING NUMBERS It is compulsory for all competing and non-competing horses to be wearing a starting number every time they leave their stall to be ridden, walked, groomed or grazed. Starting numbers are issued upon arrival at the Show Office. Athletes are responsible for their own number badge. HELMETS An ASTM/SEI approved safety helmet is compulsory at all times when mounted, whether competing or training on the showground for the riders up to 21 years or riding horses up to 6 years. Approved safety helmets, made in a way to look like a top hat are also allowed for all riders. OBJECTIONS AND COMPLAINTS All objections and complaints must be provided in written form. To be corrected, scoring/counting mistakes must be reported to the Show Secretary on the same day as the class concerned, within a 1- hour period after the class award ceremony. Corrections are to be requested in writing, accompanied by the score sheet(s) concerned. The results will be recalculated and if necessary based on decision of the president of ground jury places and prizes will be replaced. Afterwards results will not be recalculated or corrected. The score sheets will be made available for athletes at the Show Office directly after the award ceremony of each class. EVENT S ORGANISATION The OC reserves the right to modify the Schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be notified to competitors and officials as soon as possible. WELCOME PARTY Riders, owners, coaches, and grooms are welcome at the rider s party on Saturday night. Please check at the Show office for details. (The event is free of charge) MISCELLANEOUS Attention! Strictly no smoking in the stable area!

8 Dogs are on the showground are allowed only with leash. All trash and dung must be dropped on the foreseen places at the stables, training areas, and showground. VII. VETERINARY MATTERS AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS 1. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED National or FEI passport of a horse with necessary description of a horse for identification, number of microchip, valid blood test and vaccination notes. For participants up to 18 years old written permission of parents to participate in the event. For Lithuanian riders license of Lithuanian National Equestrian Federation and horse registration. 2. BLOOD TESTS All participating horses must be tested for gnawing, molding disease ir infection anemia not later than 12 months before 1 st day of competition; test results should be indicated in passports. 3. VACCINATIONS All horses participating in the national competition must be vaccinated against equine influenza, according to the vaccination instructions provided in the information booklets. The first vaccine for the horse is at 6 months of age, the second one is after 4 weeks, and then horses should be vaccinated every 5 to 6 months after the main vaccination. The immunity lasts for 12 months. After this time of period ends, horses must be vaccinated at least once a year. All vaccinations are indicated in the horse's passport by putting stickers on, which contain the information about the vaccine used to vaccinate the horse against equine influenza (name, serial number, production date).
