2 PARTICIPATION According to Baltic Dressage League General Rules 2018, NF Rules of Lithuania and FEI Dressage Rules. Classes can be entered and prizes can be won by riders from any nationality, but BDL points can be collected from BDL classes by Riders from Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Russia as BDL competitions are organized in those countries. Baltic Dressage League General Rules 2018: TECHNICAL CONDITIONS & ARENAS Opening of stables: 14/09/18 from 12:00 Competition arena can be used for training until 20:00 on 14/09/18 The event will take place outdoors. In exceptional weather conditions, the competition may be held indoors. Competition arena 20x60m (sand/textile). In case of many participants, 2 competition arenas will be used. Practice arena 2 practice arenas, 20x60m each (sand/textile) ENTRIES Definite Entries: 10/09/18 Entries must be sent through: online system Passports of horses: National or FEI. Vaccination against Influenza is required. 3 The number of stalls is limited! If you need to cancel your entry, please let us know ASAP to cancel the stalls as well. Stabling fee does not include feed! Horses must have competition numbers at all times while being outside the stall. STARTING FEES 75 EUR per horse/per division (2 tests, Day 1 + Day 2) 35 EUR per horse/per test (if only one test is ridden per division) After the registration deadline the OC reserves the right to charge entry fees in double. Dress according to Art and Art of FEI Dressage Rules and Art.P-18 (for Children classes). Saddlery according to Art FEI Dressage Rules. Whip is not allowed whilst competing in the BDL classes (only during warm up), but is allowed in all Open classes. PRIZES Prize giving ceremony is scheduled after each class on both days. Ribbons are awarded for 25% horses, but not less than 3 for each class. Cooler blankets for winners of each BDL division (1st day + 2nd day). Prize money or prizes in kind are awarded for the placed combinations of each BDL or Open division (1st day + 2 nd day), according to the table below. 25% of participating combinations are awarded, but not less than 3 for each division. 4 RESPONSIBILITY OC will not be responsible for any physical loss or damage (accident, injury, theft, illness et.) that happen either as a direct result of actions of horses, athletes and/or their representatives, horse owners, grooms, parents, spectators or third parties or due to other unforeseen circumstances at the competition grounds, before, during or after the competitions.
