PARTICIPATION Number of entries Number of horses per rider Minimum 2 per class Maximum 2 per class *According to the hot weather notice from HKJC Veterinary Department, it will be effective in May 2018 (TBC) and to avoid suffering heatstroke, there will not be any horse activities under the hot weather from 11:00a.m.- 3:00p.m. Consequently, Dressage of the first disciplines will be start at 7:00a.m

ENTRIES Closing Date for entries: Entry Closing Late Entry Charge Date : 1 May 2018 (Tue) 6:00p.m. 50% extra Entry Cancellation Entries cancelled after closing time must be verified with a Veterinary Certificate or Medical Certificate. Otherwise, Entry fee will not be paid back by the OC. *Due to the hot weather in May, horse(s) with dry coat should be reported to OC in advance as preparation. VIII. OTHER REGULATIONS 1. Liabilities All athletes will participate in the Event under their own risk. Their participation confirms their acknowledgement that in case of an accident during the event or a training session they disclaim the enactment of any civil rights which may arise against other athletes participating in the event or the training session. The OC/HKEF are not responsible for the following liabilities: Any injuries, diseases, and accidents to the horses, athletes and officials in the time of transportation and during the competition period. Any loss or damages to any third party caused by the participating riders and horses in the time of transportation and during the competition period. 2. EVENT'S ORGANISATION (HKEF Rules Art. 101) The OC reserves the right to modify the schedule in order to clarify any matters or matters arising from an omission or due to unforeseen circumstances. All modifications made to the schedule prior to the event must have the approval of the President of HKEF (or his authorized representative).
