Once a class has commenced jumping, no further entries will be accepted for that class. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Spectators, competitors and owners entering their horses/ponies do so at their own risk and it is a condition of entry that no liability of any kind attaches to Guernsey Riding and Hunt Club Annual Show, in any respect whatsoever, other than the refund of entry fees in the event of abandonment of the competition. ALL HORSES/PONIES MUST BE COVERED BY THIRD PARTY INSURANCE. ENTRIES CLOSE AT 6.00 pm on 3 RD July 2015 and should be sent to GRHC Show Secretary, La Gervaise Farm House, Route de Houguet, St Saviours, Guernsey, GY7 9UJ Queries: michelle.scott@cwgsy.net Late entries will be accepted at no extra charge providing the combination has already competed/entered at the show. A surcharge of 5.00 per class will be levied on all late entries other than competitors already entered in the show. All late entries must be lodged with the Show Secretary not less than one class before the class being entered with no exceptions. Substitution of horse or rider in a class already entered should be made in writing to the Show Secretary not less than one class prior to the class in question. All entries are accepted at the discretion of the Committee. The Committee reserves the right to ask competitors to change classes if they feel that an inappropriate entry has been made. All competitors will be judged in accordance with the rules of the BS as published in the 2015 Rule Book. Where the BS rules do not apply, local rules will come into play. Classes may be divided, amalgamated or cancelled depending on the number of entries received. The judges may set a standard in any competition and competitors must retire when they reach this standard. The Committee reserve the right to disqualify from all further classes at the Show any competitor whose behaviour in the opinion of the Committee is in contravention of

9 Rule 82 governing the conduct of members. The Committee also reserve the right to take further disciplinary action as they see fit. Any that are not suitably clean with incur a 5 charge In the event of insufficient starters lower prizes may be withheld in accordance with Rule Prizes will be awarded in accordance with Rule No new memberships will be accepted on any show day with the exception of temporary GSYRHC membership. No horses/ponies to be left unattended. Please ensure all droppings are removed from the horsebox areas and the warming up arena. Table A10 In the first round the second half of the course to be built 5-10cms higher than the first half. In the event of equality of penalties for first place, there will be one jump-off against the clock, other competitors are placed according to their penalties and time in the first round, and the jump-off course will be 5-10cms higher than the second half of the first round. Fun Class Dog and Donkey This is a fun class open to all GRHC members; you will be paired with an owner and dog from the Local Agility Group. The owner and dog will jump a small course of jumps and then the rider will jump. The winner is the pair with the fastest time. Faults added for knockdown (4 seconds per fault).
