ANC Riding Competitions for Purebred Arabians, Shagya-Arabians and Arabians, Anglo-Arabians and Partbred Arabians (having at least 12,5 % Arabian blood) with international attendance and Nations Cup Aachen, 29 th and 30 th September 2012 Eligibility: I. Performance Event Kat. B (LP 3-16) Eligible are horses being either Purebred Arabians, Shagya-Arabians, Arabians, Anglo-Arabians or Partbred Arabians having at least 12,5 % Arabian blood and being in possession of an originalpaper or equinepassport issued by an accepted breeding association. Purebred Arabians must be registered in a WAHO-accepted studbook. Shagya-Arabians must be registered with a breeding association accepted by ISG. If your horse is not registered within the German Arab Horse Society (VZAP), please send us a copy of the pedigree together with your entry form. The Rider must be a member of a riding club, that is accepted by Deutsche Reiterliche Vereinigung (FN). A licence for guests from the Deutsche Reiterliche Vereinigung (FN) (Freiherr-von-Langen-Str. 13, DE Warendorf, Tel.: 0049-(0) ) must be enclosed to the entry form by all participants coming from abroad. Classes will be held according to the special rules of the state commission for equine performance testing and as described in the exercise book according to the performance testing rules (LPO) of the German National Equestrian Federation (FN) 2. Doping rules: Competitors should take particular notice of the relevant rules as published in the LPO - 66 and 67 and of the FEI list of forbidden substances, see LPO 67a. It is advised that each entry is subject to the relevant implementing regulations see section D, LPO.

4 Special conditions: 1. Entry fees must be transferred to the following account: Sparkasse Hannover, P.O. Box , D Hannover SWIFT: SPKHDE2HXXX, IBAN No.: DE The competitors must declare their intention to start at the latest 1 hour before the beginning of the competition. 3. The dressage tests 5, 7 and 8 can be ridden by heart, but are allowed to be read out. The competitor has to bring along his own reader. The organizer offers no reader. 4. Prize money and prizes will be given out at the show office after the class. They must be collected by the end of the show on Sunday. Prize money and prizes will not be given out after the event. 5. The tests will only be rated separately if there are at least 5 participants per section a) Purebred Arabians, Shagya-Arabians, Arabians and b) Anglo-Arabians, Partbred Arabians 6. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or to postpone the show or any class in case of particular circumstances or to postpone show classes to the other show day. 7. A limited number of stables are available. Applications for stabling must accompany the entry and will only be accepted if the stable fee (60,00 Euro per box with straw) is paid cash with the entry or transferred as above mentioned (see point 1.). Boxes covered with wood shaving need to be ordered separately. 8. A limited number of stands for caravans are available. Applications must accompany the entry and will only be accepted if the fee (50,00 Euro per stand) is paid cash with the entry or transferred as above mentioned (see p. 1.). 9. The fee for belated entries is 8,00 Euro per rider and per horse. 10. The organizer rejects any liability for any damages to visitors, grooms and owners caused by slight negligence on the part of the organizer, his substitute, or assistants. The organizer also rejects any liability for damages or accidents to competitors, grooms, spectators, including their fittings. He is also not liable for possible theft. 11. All horses must be free of infectious diseases and should come from a stable free of disease. They must be vaccinated against INFLUENZA. A vaccination against herpes is desirable. The equine/vaccination pass must be shown. In absence of an equine/vaccination pass, the official vet may inspect the horse at an extra charge. The organizer is entitled to put a horse in quarantine if in this way advised by the vet. 12. Decree to LPO, because of being a sole Arabian event. 13. All participating horses must be liability insured.

The combined test PALTRA-TROPHY is announced with a total amount of 200,00 EUR. The judged tests have to be filled by the same participant with the same horse. In case of a tie the better score of test 5 will decide upon the winner.
