Graders: Nigel Hollings & Jayne Purcell-White GRADING ENTRIES CLOSE 9th AUGUST Grading Information is downloadable at The cost of Mare Grading is 60 per mare -ALL mares entering MUST provide a 2-stage Vetting Certificate which was carried out not more than 21 days before the date of this Grading; and if not already DNA profiled you must also include an additional 50 to cover this cost. Highest graded mare to be presented during the Evening Performance. Entries for Mare Grading MUST be made directly through CHAPS (UK) Admin, 1 McLaren Cottages, Abertysswg, Rhymney, Tredegar, NP22 5BH. The Come What May Graded Mare Championship will be awarded to the highest pointed mare on the day during the evening performance. Yearlings, 2 and 3 year olds. 3 year olds entered for Showjumping or Eventing section will be expected to loose jump. State performance discipline on entry form. FOAL FUTURITY QUALIFIERS are open to all Coloured Foals born in 2013, sired by a CHAPS (UK) Graded Stallion or any non-coloured stallion graded with a WBF or DEFRA Studbook. ALL foals MUST be CHAPS (UK) Registered; RAF (Registration Applied For) entries accepted ONLY if Admin has received the Registration Application BEFORE the entry has been sent; a photocopy of the RAF document MUST accompany Entry. Foal Entries CLOSE strictly 9th AUGUST Foals MUST be a minimum of 3 weeks old at date of Show. This is only open to the following exhibits: Supreme and Reserve Supreme In-hand Champions from the CHAPS (UK) South East, Northern, Midlands, and South West; and the Champion and Reserve Champion In-hand from the CHAPS (UK) North East, Welsh, North West (Festival), Scottish Regional Show and the CHAPS Spring Festival. Qualification Card MUST accompany entry. Exhibits will be assessed and the top 8 will be selected to go forward to the Final Judging during the Thursday Evening Performance; where judging will be undertaken by the two Preliminary judges and special guest judge. Top 8 (in no particulart order) will be posted in Secretary s office All exhibits forward for Preliminary judging will receive a King of the Ring Finalists rosette. Awards and prize money will be made to top 8 exhibits during the evening performance - 1st Rug, Sash, Trophy, 500; 2nd Sash, 100; 3rd rosette and 50; 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th rosette and 20 each.
