Welsh partbred ponies must have 12.5% or more Welsh blood. All registered purebred Welsh exhibits (unless competing under saddle or in harness on the same day) should be shown unplaited. RAS Height certificates and Welsh Performance cards must be carried. There is no height restriction in the Part Bred Welsh section. Youngstock entries must not be expected to exceed 148cm at maturity Exhibits can enter either Pony classes or Hunter Pony classes (not both) and all other eligible classes. If it is subsequently found that the winner of a Pony Breeders Society sash is not registered with the Society, they will be required to forfeit this award.
