3 Dear Competitors This is our fourth show this year, once again we have a few changes as we are always looking to evolve and improve, and to ultimately bring you the best show we can. firstly we are very proud and truly delighted that Senior Showing and Dressage Ltd have chosen this show to bring you their new and exciting Scottish Seniors Championship and a direct Olympia qualifier. We will still retain our VHS Veteran section so this is now truly a special day for our older horses and ponies. This year we are clashing with the CHAPS Championship Show, so realize these classes may be minus some of our usual competitors who will travel down south. Our CHAPS classes will therefore carry 2016 qualification status, so if you are looking to qualify for next year then ensure you have your 2016 qualification card from CHAPS. Sadly, after 3 years of offering 13 or 14 Arab classes, but receiving low entries, we have now reduced the Arab classes on offer and they have been amalgamated into another ring. However, as we have a lot of lovely trophies that have been generously donated in the past, these will still all be on offer, and in some cases may be from entries within classes and could be won from animals further down the line, so please note what trophies you may be eligible for. And not forgetting your canine lorry companions. We have a Fun Companion Dog Show too! Our chosen charity this year is the Scottish Charity Air Ambulance and we hope to be able to make a donation as good as the 425 we raised for the Sandyflat RDA Centre, Glasgow in We hope you will support this show with entries for a huge range of classes, by buying raffle tickets in advance and on the day, by donating a prize for the raffle or with cash via your entry form, or by giving of your time and expertise by helping steward or assist around the showground. Raffle A Raffle will be held during the day and drawn mid-afternoon with 100% of the proceeds being donated to Scottish Charity Air Ambulance Any donations of quality equine or non-equine related items gratefully received to help raise funds for this wonderful cause
