Notes: Judges shall have the power to disqualify any dog, which does not appear within 15 minutes of the time designated for its turn to be tested Dogs are required to run in order of the draw (males and females alike) unless excused by the marshal for that stake Females in season may not compete. Refund of entry fee is subject to veterinary Certificate CKC rules prohibit training on the grounds designated for the holding of a licensed Trial. Private property is used for the trial, and permission was obtained for Club use on this weekend only. PLEASE RESPECT THE PROPERTY IN ALL MANNERS! ABSOLUTELY NO LITTERING! Shotguns may not necessarily be used. All handlers MUST wear dark or camouflage clothing and Handlers may be required to handle a gun Please check in with the Marshall upon arrival at your stake Awards: Standard CKC Rosettes will be awarded to all qualifying dogs at the tailgate on Saturday evening and at the completion of each stake on Sunday.

3 Entries: Please complete one entry form per dog, per stake, per day in which you wish to enter your dog(s). All entries must be on Official CKC entry forms. Please go to CKC website for most current form(s). Trials/Exhibitor/Retriever-Hunt-Test-Official-Entry-Form. Cheque(s) should be made payable to: The Long Point Retriever Training Club and dated no later than July 24, Payment may be made directly to the secretary by Cheque, Money Order, or cash. Enter online at to pay by Credit Card, Interac Transfer or ApplePay. Payment must accompany the entry. Please note that fees are due and payable in Canadian Dollars. US Funds will be accepted at Par. A listing fee of $ HST must be submitted for any dog without an individual registration number or ERN. The draw will begin at 8:00pm on July 24 th, 2017 at the home of Sandie Bond held in accordance with CKC rules, January 2017, per section 6.7 p. 19. 4 Excerpt from CKC Rules & Regulation for hunt tests: A judge officiating at a hunt test held under these rules shall not be subjected to any indignities of any kind during the progress of the hunt test. It shall be the duty and obligation of the club holding the hunt test to see that this rule is effectively carried out. The Long Point Retriever Training Club is a member of the National Master Retriever Club of Canada. MH passes earned at this test will count toward qualification for the 2017 Canadian National Master to be held in Balmoral MB August 13-19, ****Our Headquarters have moved to the Port Rowan Community Centre**** 14 College Ave Port Rowan, On There will be a tailgateat HQ held immediately after the last stake is finished on Saturday July 29th.
