RULES The competition will be held in accordance with the Synchro Saskatchewan Rulebook along with Canadian Artistic Swimming Rulebook > Competitions > CASSA Rulebooks. 2 EVENTS DEADLINE LATE ENTRIES Figures October 24, 2018 This date may be delayed depending on when Canada Artistic Swimming updates are complete and the event registration system is available. All registration must be submitted using Canada Artistic Swimming online competition registration system. More information will be available at a later date. The club will be charged a fine of $25.00 for each late entry and a fine of $ will be charged for each late club entry. It is the club / coach and/or swimmer s responsibility to pay this fine to the Chief Referee no later than hour prior to the beginning of the competition. Failure to do so shall result in disqualification. FEES PAYMENT REFUND POLICY Synchro Sask must receive entry fees at least two weeks prior to the competition. The request may be submitted any time prior to the event the athlete is competing in. Note: Documents must be submitted as soon as possible. 3 FIGURES PRE-SWIMMERS VOLUNTEERS TENTATIVE SCHEDULE AWARDS OPEN POOL RESULTS PHOTOGRAPHY FACILITY All figures for this competition are shown below. Pre-swimmers are requested for Figures. Contact Synchro Saskatchewan Technical Director if you are interested. Clubs will be contacted directly if we require more athletes. Each club is requested to provide at least one on-deck volunteer per age group that your club is registered for. Register online through Sign-Up. The link will be sent out as soon as it is available. Saturday November 24, :00 am 5:00 pm Final Schedule will be published separately. Awards recognize our athlete s achievements. The awards ceremony is time of celebration. Athletes preparing for upcoming events don t have time to celebrate - yet. They are still in competition mode. That means only specific awards can be presented during the competition. The final schedule will state when each award will be presented. Only the awards listed for each time will be presented at that time. If the awards are not ready at the time indicated during the competition, they will be presented at the end of the competition. TBA depending on the schedule. Results will be ed to the Club contact and/or Head Coach and posted on the Synchro Saskatchewan website All athletes, coaches and officials may be filmed or photographed during the competition. The videos and photos may be used without permission or authorization of individuals, parents or clubs. A facility schematic is available upon request. Clubs are responsible to ensure the change rooms and pool deck are clean after use. No food or drinks other than water allowed on pool deck. Other beverages in go-mugs are not permitted. Snacks including sunflower seeds are not permitted. Wearing outdoor footwear is not permitted on pool deck. Deck space is limited. Page 3

4 Lockers are available in the change room to secure athlete bags. A separate room for athlete bags and stretching will be booked. This room is not monitored. Some chairs for spectators will be added at the shallow end of the pool. The facility is a combined competitive pool and leisure pool. Athletes are not permitted in the leisure pool area including the water slide, hot tub or tot pool. The aquatic facility is part of the Humboldt Uniplex. A concession is located close to the pool in the Uniplex. It will be open on Nov 24, ACCOMODATIONS 1. Sask Sport Inc. is pleased to be a partner in the National Sport Trust Fund initiative as a member of the Canadian Council of Provincial and Territorial Sport Federations. This initiative permits Synchro Sask to establish revenue generation programs for which a charitable tax receipt can be provided for qualifying donations.
