2 Competition venue: Preliminary Schedule: Sports Center Constantí (15 km from Salou) Onze de setembre Avenue s/n CONSTANTI, TARRAGONA Capacity of the audience 500 people Friday 8 May Arrival of delegations There is the possibility of free training in the Constantí Sport Center in the afternoon, from 4 to 7:30 pm (In this case the interested teams shall inform the Organization) Welcoming meeting and Draw will be held in Hotel Playa Park Salou. Saturday 9 May Morning: from 8:30 am to 2 pm Official Training children (see attached schedule) Opening ceremony with a parade of the participating countries Competition of the children categories Gala-awards ceremony of the children categories Afternoon: from 14:30 to 9 pm Official Training of Junior and Senior categories (see attached schedule) Opening ceremony Competition of the Junior and Senior categories Closing and Awards Ceremony Sunday 10 May Special price to go to Portaventura Departure of delegations Accommodation: Important: Accommodation will be only in official hotels and must be booked through the official agency of the competition VIAJES EL CORTE INGLES S.A. The Organizing Committee does not cover costs of delegation.

3 The costs of accommodation and transportation from Barcelona airport / train station and Reus airport to the official Hotel (go and back) have to be paid via bank transfer to the VIAJES EL CORTE INGLES S.A. ANEX: Accommodation booking form. The participating delegations are responsible for covering all bank fees in connection with the bank transfers. LUNCH IN CONSTANTI On Saturday, the organization offers the possibility to eat in the village of constanti (see attached menu, reservation required, Accreditation: The delegations will be accredited upon their arrival in the Hotel Playa Park Salou. It will be held in the Reception. Heads of Delegation must present the passports and insurances of all the members of the delegation, make all necessary payments (please, bring all copies of transfers with you when you come to Salou), give two CD copies of the competition music of each team and a CD with the National anthem (max. 45 seconds). Teams arriving on Saturday may be accredited in the sports center. The music in mp3 and team information must also be sent to: Insurance: All participants should have their own health & accidents insurance as the organizer will not be responsible. Delegations are responsible for their members having adequate insurance coverage against accidents, illness and other travel risks!
