Andee Symonds and Doris Weitzel Registration...Shirley Harimon, Teri Wells, Pauline Ewing, Tamara Knotts Door Entry Maria Ross, Lucille Meyer Computer....Norma Wells ELIGIBILITY Any person who has a permanent address in Scotts Bluff County or is a member of a Scotts Bluff County Homemakers Club may enter items that have been completed between year 2016 and Entries may be made from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 31, The County, Extension Educators, Superintendents or anyone connected with any committee dealing with the Fair is not responsible in any way for any loss, theft, fire, breakage, accident or damage to exhibits for items left after release time. Any item accidentally damaged or lost before judging will automatically receive a purple; after judging the item will be placed by the judge of that division. No commercial advertising may be included on or in the item to be exhibited. Any person who is 14 years of age and under will be entered in the youth division. Anyone wishing to exhibit in the at the Nebraska State Fair will need to mail or transport their exhibit to Grand Island by the date set by State Fair. The State has an entry Best in County Textile Arts, Quilts and Photo. 1. Contestants will fill out entry tags. Assistance will be available on entry day, Monday, July 31, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 2. Premium money will be paid only on purple, blue and red exhibits. Premium money will be forfeited on any item not checked out during release hours. 3. When entered, similar entries may be grouped as sets. 4. Exhibits will be released between 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 6, Items not picked up at this time will be at the Fair Office. Pictures and other hanging items must have picture wire firmly attached to the back, as shown below, so they may be hung on the wall for display. Use screws to attach the picture wire. Do not use glue, tape, staples, or string. Inexpensive, standard size, ready-made frames are available at Target, K-Mart, etc. There is a limit of four (4) entries per class per exhibitor in both Decorative and Dimensional Arts.
