SVMHA Midget A1, Bantam A2 teams moving down a division. Amalgamation Some logos will need to be changed - eg. Dakota, Glenwood. White & black Press release should be out shortly. Posters will be in buildings. Tenders for jersey ready to go out - back by January 15/17. Early registration - $25 off. 3 Jersey fitting dates - starting June 15. Have to come up with a plan for 8A1, AA releases. On-line store requested. SVMHA - Will supply extra jerseys for teams. Will need to consider subsidies families financially struggling - jerseys & fee collection subsidized. Goalie Equipment - need to discuss with clubs.

2 What do they have? Possible rental from Play it Again.?Zamboni sponsor banner worth $3000. Hockey Manitoba Possible dissolution of 8A1. 7/8 would be half ice till end of December then full ice. 8A1 occurs in Winnipeg only, not rurally. Still feel a need to keep Midget AA Atom AA Double aged groups discussed. Discussed halted. Variances Will be dealt Hockey Winnipeg. Possible guidelines to come. More to come. Past Presidents report Nothing to report. Executive Assistant Considering used equipment drive in St. Vital. Waiting for 2nd half ice schedules. Canteen No A games during week. No Vics day. Sat/Sun full. ICE Double booking of ice - ice was entered incorrectly. Will be good this time - triple checked. AA ice draft Thursday this week. Need female second half schedule. Ice will then be given to Jace. Invoicing better 2nd time through. Teams liking EFT (Electronic transfer). 75% of ice is paid. Jace has threatened that balances need to paid before next draft. First shift

3 Begins January 31 Graham has completely booked - 45 kids Surveys post registration - meeting to come. Still paying water bill. Future plans for arena. Pior to beginning to search for outside funds, the board needs to identify what/any projects for arena i.e.?search for funds.?1 Expansion.?2 Year round.?3 Parking lot. Hockey Account $403K Development - fund needs to be reconciled. Vice President s Report - VACANT Treasurer s Report - VACANT Secretary s Report: Report as submitted. Registrar s Report No written report. Area garden centre sponsored a player last year. Wishes to do same this year. Team Fees, CC fees, Skates are covered. AA Victorias Report as submitted. West League Nothing to report. Arena Operations - Ryan Absent Snow blower for Rick Painting entire basement during Christmas break. Canteen? Alsips Skate sharpening concerns. Interac working. Getting fluorescent sign installed. Boiler upgrade - will be used.

4 HVAC -?this summer. Waiting for cost to be open all year. Direct Entry - VACANT Ice Allocation- Jace Absent Report submitted. 1/2 price ice sale - 6 or 7 blocks gave back to St. Vital. Some ice given back to Dakota. St. Vital Arena - Some Xmas ice available. Development Spring camps - keep St. Vital open - Riley. 2 skills ice during week - 1 game on weekend. 7/8 season has started - scores are close. Call ups are an issue and are being addressed. Adhering to same rules - SVMHA. # s were awkward this year. Often difficult to field team with 9 players. Warnings from officials have occurred. Teams evenly matched. Officials RIC Meeting Atom AA - Block Peewee A1-3 man system. A1-A3 - non contact. Referee assigning implications. Bantam AA Not good experience. Ashton did game. s to be sent to Brad. Hockey Manitoba Impact penalties only Want to penalize violent acts. If there is a contentious game coming up, contact Ashton and either him or Josh will attend. Publicity No Written report.

Glenwood Outdoor ice almost ready. Greendell Absent NGCC Ice is in and lines are done. Windsor Ice is in and practices are starting.
