The Special Livestock Show portion of the Fresno Fair is not governed by State Rules. 2. Local juniors may participate in this portion of the livestock show and maintain their junior eligibility. Local juniors may not participate in the College Market 149 classes with animals that will be shown in 4-H/FFA & Independent es. Exhibitors in the College Show must be currently enrolled in College with a minimum of 12 units. They need not be the owner of the animal if the animal is owned or managed by the College. 3. Original registration certificates, a stamped duplicate issued by a breed association must be presented to the management when the animals arrive on the fairgrounds and must be kept on hand. Original registration certificate faxed to the fair by the breed association to be retained by the fair will also be eligible. Photocopies, letters and telegrams are not eligible. Clerks are instructed to correct entry records exactly as shown on the certificate. Any exceptions will be based solely upon the recognized breed association's standard practices for issuing registration certificates. A written verification of any deviation in issuing practices must be on file with the Division of Fairs and Expositions. 4. The Fresno Fair management shall not be responsible for accidents or losses that may occur to any of the exhibitors or exhibits at a show, and the exhibitors shall hold the management harmless and indemnify it against any legal proceedings arising from any accident or loss. 5. All animals exhibited must be bedded on straw or shavings. 6. Pens and stalls are to be cleaned and ready for public viewing by 9 AM each day. 7. All alleyways must be kept clear. Walk ways must not be roped off by order of the Fire Marshall. 8. Mail all entries to Fresno Fair Livestock Department, 1121 Chance Avenue, Fresno, Ca or enter online at 9. 2 SPECIAL GOAT SHOW NO ENTRY FEE Sanctioned by the Big Fresno Fair as 2 Junior/Senior Doe combined shows. months must have a negative TB test before arriving on the Fresno Fairgrounds.
