Have you signed up to volunteer for the Kittson County Fair? We re still looking to fill a few malt stand shifts, 4-H building shifts, and judges assistants. Please see the Online Sign-up Genius page or call the office. 4-H Day Camps There s still time to join us for a 4-H Day Camp this summer! Horse camp will be held on Tuesday, August 2 from 9am-noon for grades K-2 and 1-4:00pm for grades 3-6. Grow with 4-H Day Camp will be held Thursday, August 11 from 10am-3pm for grades k-5. Registration deadline is July 12! Shooting Sports & Wildlife Camp Did you forget to sign up for Shooting Sports and Wildlife camp for July at Galilee Bible Camp? A few spots are still available! Cost is $70 and registrations can be found online or contact the office. Congratulations! Are you curious what 4-H judges are looking for? Are you interested in natural resources? Are you looking for natural resources project ideas? This webinar will first give you insights and tips from 4-H exhibit judge and Extension educator Gary Wyatt for preparing and presenting your 4-H exhibits for county fair judging. You will learn about how to best tell the story of your 4-H exhibit to the judge and there will be time for your questions. Then, in the second part of this webinar, Gary will talk specifically about his personal and professional area of interest, natural resources. He will share information and encourage you to explore any of several current and relevant topics that would make great 4-H learning opportunities and exhibits. There will be another question and answer period after this second part of the webinar. The entire webinar is expected to last about minutes, beginning at 10 a.m. on July 12. Suggested connect time is between 9:30 and 9:45 a.m. For those unable to attend, the webinar will be recorded and posted later at h.umn.edu/county-fair. To access this webinar by computer:

Click on Join by Number 3. Unless you have previously installed the WebEx App, you will be prompted to install it. 4.
