3 PLASTIC BARRICADES & POLICE BARRICADE COMBO 1. You must go over all plastic barricades. 2. You must go over all the blue police barricades. 3. Rules violation means you must return to the beginning of the obstacle and start over. 1.
4 CARGO NET and TRAFFIC CONES WITH POLES COMBO 1. You are required to go over each of the cones hurdles. 2. You are not permitted to go around any of the obstacles. 3. You are not permitted to go under the cone hurdles. 4. You must go under all cargo nets. 5. Those who violate course elements must return to the beginning of the obstacle and start over. 2.
5 POLICE BARRICADES and TIRE STUTTER STEP COMBO 1. Go under all blue police barricades without knocking the barricade down or lifting the top cross bar off. 2. Move through the tire portion of the obstacle in stutter-step style, touching your foot to the ground inside each consecutive tire. 3. You are not permitted to skip a tire or run on top of the tires. 4. Those who violate course elements must return to the beginning of the obstacle and start over 3.
6 SUBARU CRAWL, MARINE HURDLES and POLICE BARRICADE COMBO 1. Get up and over the Marine Hurdle rungs. 2. The outside support structures are off limits at all times. Both feet must touch the ground between each rung. 3. Proceed through the Subaru Crawl by crawling under the row of Subaru s. 4. Go over all blue police barricades without knocking the barricade down or lifting the top cross bar off. 4.
7 MONKEY BARS and PARALLEL BARS COMBO 1. Traverse the monkey bars and get to the other side without touching the ground. No skipping rungs permitted. 2. If you are unsuccessful in your first attempt, you are required to make another attempt. 3. If your second attempt proves unsuccessful, Race Staff will direct you to the penalty area, where you will be required to complete 12 push-ups before being permitted to continue on with the event. 4. Racers must step up on to parallel bars and handwalk to traverse the parallel bars to the other side without touching the ground. 5. If you are unsuccessful in your first attempt, you are required to make another attempt. 6. If your second attempt proves unsuccessful, Race Staff will direct you to the penalty area, where you will be required to complete 12 push-ups before being permitted to continue on with the event. 5.

11 TAXIS & BUSES TO CHAIN LINK CRAWL TO WALL FINISH 1. In the order shown, get up and over the taxis, buses, under the chain link and over the wall, but never around any element of the obstacle course. 2. You are required to face the buses and climb down the cargo nets to descend. Absolutely no jumping is permitted from the bus obstacle or the top of the wall. Doing so will result in immediate disqualification from the event. Please use the infrastructure provided to safely climb down. 3.
