During the works, the following Aids to Navigation are established: - light with character Mo(U)15s, range 10 NM, height 13 m - AIS unit, MMSI , name OSY-OS1st A safety zone is established 500 m around this position. Measures: It is forbidden to enter the above-mentioned safety zone. Moreover, it is advised to navigate well outside the limits of this zone. As a result of a changed Low Water Line, the UNCLOS Baseline has changed, consequently also the boundaries of the Maritimes Zones (Territorial Sea, economic zones,...) have changed. Geographic files of the new maritime boundaries and detailed information are available on our website under the heading Publications. The new maritime boundaries are already published in the ENC s BE3VLBNK edition 31, BE4VLBNK edition 18, BE5ZEEBR edition 11 and BE5OOSTE edition 13 (release on 13/12/2018 by IC-ENC) The new maritime boundaries are also included in the new edition December 2018 of the charts 101 (INT1474), 102 (INT1480) and D11, that will be available from January /300 COASTAL ROUTE - DE PANNE - OOSTENDE - VICINITY OOSTENDE - YACHTING BUOYS REMOVED BaZ /096(T) is cancelled. The anchors will be covered by yellow light buoys. The anchors are expected to remain in position until 28 February 2019, or as much shorter or longer than necessary /077(T) APPROACH WESTERN SCHELDT - BOTKIL - BUOY TEMPORARILY ESTABLISHED In connection with the cable laying work for the windfarm Borssele, to mark the end of the laid out cable, an orange buoy is established in position 51 32,590 N ,821 E. The buoy will remain in this position until the end of May 2019 or as much shorter or longer as needed /078(T) APPROACH WESTERN SCHELDT - WESTKAPELLE-DOMBURG - BEACH NOURISHMENT - BUOYS TEMPORARILY ESTABLISHED For the beach nourishment operations, two cardinal buoys are temporarily established. Shipping is requested not to anchor nor to fish above these pipeline and to pass free of it north of the north cardinal buoy Zinker in position 51 21,80 N ,84 E.
