9 Oregon MOA for Low-Use Harbor Maintenance MOA signed on August 28, 2013 Up to $5 million a year for 5 years State funds leverage Appropriations and USCG funds FY14 Accomplishments Over 360,000 cubic yards dredged in a clamshell contract (Rogue, Port Orford, Charleston, Winchester Bay, and Yaquina Bay) 641,633 cubic yards dredged with the dredge Yaquina (Chetco, Rogue, Coquille, Umpqua, Siuslaw, Yaquina Bay and Skipanon) Estimated 45,000 cubic yards to be dredged with a pipeline contract (Depoe Bay and Garibaldi Boat Basin) HME Yaquina HME PORTLAND DISTRICT 9
