Bar food is also available Saturday: Restaurant/café open all day with an outdoor bar facility Saturday Night: Full Buffet dinner $40.00 per person, kids $ yrs 12 yrs, Under 4 Free Booking for Saturday night buffet is essential by Friday night, tickets are available from reception. Day entries boats to be pre-race checked by Phil Mudford. Championship boats please bring your Pre-race Scrutineering forms marked off to Registration prior to Briefing time. Registration will be at the race Bus Saturday morning from 8.00am. Day entries and Day Licences - Please help the Bus people by bringing your Day Entries Printed out and filled in. Day entry form has been included in this pack. SET UP OF TEAM TENTS Tents & Marquees to be set up on beach front grass.

4 ROAD CLOSURES Road in front of resort will be closed from 5pm Friday to 9am on Sunday for boat and support vehicle parking Please park in grounds of Resort in front of units - a Resort Staff Member will be on hand to help with directing... (not on grass both sides) bollards will be removed and we will have a staff member guiding There is security for both nights. Access to parking is from MAMARU ROAD, (2 nd road on right after Taipa one-way bridge) then along foreshore road. ACCOMMODATION Ramada Reia, Taipa Beach Drift Wood Lodge, Cable Bay Doubtless Bay Lodge Mangonui Waterfront Motel Beach Lodge Acacia Lodge Motel, Mangonui There are also holiday homes in the area BOAT LAUNCHING All boats that require the use of the crane, it will be at the Mangonui Wharf on Waterfront Drive. There is a road closure in place on Waterfront drive from 9:30am till 12:00pm, then from 1:30pm till 3:30pm to accommodate trucks and trailers. There is limited parking beside the Wharf - please note the road must re-open between 12.00pm and 1.30pm alternative parking is available back at Ramada Resort Reia Taipa beach or contact Tony Banks for other options. There is going to be an inflatable boat at the Mangonui Wharf to assist boats in water around the wharf, there will be local Lion members to help with controlling any public while craning and moving trucks/trailers. Clint Dolfin oversees craning in. High tide 1:00pm so will be plenty of water for all boats, any complaints on tides please see Tony Banks. There is flushing facilities at the resort and at Mangonui Haulage there is a wash down hose for boats that have been craned in.
