5 QUALIFICATIONS: NEW SMYRNA FRONTLINE VENDOR TOUR QUALIFICATIONS Effective: 01/18/2016 1) If legally married, both spouses must travel and tour together. For all other relationship statuses, one touring guest must meet all other qualifications. All adults in travelling party must attend the presentation. Single males are not accepted. Children age six and under must attend the child s room during group portion of presentation. 2) At least one person on tour must be at least 25 to 75 years of age, and be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom. 3) If single, cannot be a full time student. 4) All touring guests must check in with at least one valid government issued ID, such as a driver s license, passport, state ID card, etc. 5) At least one person on tour must have a major credit card, and have an income of $50, or $30, if retired. Married and co-habitating guests may use entire household income to qualify. 6) Touring guests may not have an active bankruptcy. 7) At least one touring guest must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language, and be capable of entering into a legal contract. 8) Guests may not take two tours within 13 months at any site, except for Orlando, where time restriction is 6 months. Guests may only tour a maximum of two times at the same location NQ after that. 9) Quinellas will be toured together, with only one counting as a qualified tour. Group travel is not permitted. If one party purchases, both tours will be considered good tours and paid. Otherwise, one tour will be marked as a good tour and paid full tour pay, while other will be NQ-Quinella and not paid. 10) Site specific restrictions: For Orlando, we do not accept tours with a primary residence of Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, or Seminole counties. For New Smyrna Beach, we do not accept tours with a primary residence within a 30 mile radius of the New Smyrna Beach sales location. For Branson, we do not accept tours with a primary residence within a 50 mile radius of the Branson sales location. Guests traveling in a camper/r.v./motorhome, or staying in a campground must stay the night prior to the presentation in a condo, hotel, or vacation home rental. No Drop off s, must have reliable transportation. For Charleston, children under age 7 are not permitted to attend presentation and there is no child s room for them to visit while parents are touring. 5

6 Driving Directions for NEW SMYRNA BEACH Welcome Center Guests arriving after 3:00 pm MUST call the NEW SMYRNA BEACH Reception Center to arrange late check-in at (386) or (800) New Smyrna Beach Welcome Center Coconut Palms Beach Resort II 611 S. Atlantic Ave (386) (not.com) On the day of arrival you must check in at one of our reception centers between the hours of 10:00am to 3:00pm. If you know you will be arriving later than 3:00pm, please call at When you arrive at the reception center after 3:00pm there will be a mailbox outside the main doors. Inside the mailbox there will be an envelope with your name on it, which will include your hotel vouchers along with directions to your hotel. All tour times are subject to change. You are responsible for the taxes on the hotel stay, which are estimated between 5 to 10 dollars per night. Upon check in you will need to provide a valid driver's license and a major credit card. All adults in your traveling party are required to attend your resort presentation. This includes your spouse or cohabitating partner. If you have a car rental on your package: You are responsible for the taxes on the car rental. When you arrive at the airport proceed to the ground transportation floor. The enterprise rental counter is located in the A and B terminals level 1. You will be asked to provide your 6 digit car confirmation number or a nine digit located on your reservation confirmation letter. If you do not have a confirmation number, please contact us at You must present a valid driver's license along with a major credit card. Debit cards are not accepted. There will be a refundable security deposit required. Check-In Hours 10:00AM - 3:00PM, 7 Days a Week. When you arrive in New Smyrna, check into the Reception Center to receive your documents and tour appointment.
