Mke sure there re no hidden pipes or les in the floor nd wlls where you intend to drill. Wer sfety goggles, shoes nd pproprite lothing. Glss lifters re reomended for hndling the glss. BEFORE INSTALLATION The pnels will not sit orretly on n uneven surfe. If uneven, the wll hnnels my not fit. Note: If not fitted on try, ensure enlosure is fitted to tiled or wterproof omposite floor. The pnels should e fitted on tiled wlls whih re seled with wterproof grout. Alwys hek very refully tht omponents re vertil. To void dmge, use the opened out pkging to uild the enlosure on. EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Drill, 6 Msonry Bit, Crosshed Srewdriver, Fltlde Srewdriver (medium), Spirit Level, Penil, Fine Tooth Sw, Selnt, Sissors, Msking Tpe, Tpe Mesure, Glss Lifters. Note: The srews nd wll plugs supplied re for solid msonry wlls. For lightweight wlls i.e. stud prtitions, plsterord et, use the orret type of fixings. Chek ontents of the pk efore instlltion. 2 OPTIONS & OPTION OPTION IMPORTANT PLANNING INFORMATION If instlling Option - Single pnel with Tie r, the mximum distne the floor hnnel n e positioned from the wll is 7. 9 Tie r PN85 Mximum length of Tie r = 7 5 Wll hnnel PN86 Floor hnnel 5 - PN PN PN PN9 9 - PN9 Wll hnnel PN86 Floor hnnel - PN9 - PN93 Mximum distne from wll = 7 5 Position the floor hnnel 5 in from the edge of the shower try (if used). Leve 9 gp etween the wll nd floor hnnel, mrk the position nd tpe the hnnel in position using msking tpe. Note: If not using shower try, ensure the floor hnnel is t right ngles to the wll. 3 Loosen srews Loosen the srews on oth wll rkets so they n slide onto the glss pnel. IMPORTANT Ensure Glss Gurd Ho lel is to the outside of pnel. Stin glss ptterns MUST e instlled to the outside of the enlosure. Note: The Glss Gurd oting is on the opposite side to the lel or stin glss ptterns. Pnel : Ensure the pnel is the orret wy round, the Glss Gurd Ho lel must e on the outside. : Slide the wll rkets onto the glss pnel (t ut-out positions) nd tighten, push fit the wll hnnel onto the edge of the pnel. Inside : The wll hnnel should e flush t the top nd 3 elow the glss t the ottom of the pnel. Pnel 3 Dry fit the pnel using glss lifters. Ple the pnel into the floor hnnel with the wll rkets ginst the wll. Ensure the pnel is vertil in ll diretions nd the wll hnnel is flt ginst the wll. PAGE

3 ø 6 Inside Outside With the pnel vertil in ll diretions. Ensure the wll rkets re flt ginst the wll, loosen nd djust if required. From inside, mrk ll wll rket fixing holes onto the wll. At the ottom of the ssemly hek tht the floor hnnel is flush with the edge of the pnel, if not flush, mrk the exess. With help refully remove the pnel nd trim the floor hnnel to length. Drill the mrked wll rket hole positions using 6 drill it, 3 deep. Insert the wll plugs. Note: Different wll plugs my e required depending on the sustrte. Wll hnnel: Apply silione selnt long the length of the inside fes of the wll hnnel. 9 Inside Note: The wll hnnel is shown with ut-out to help show where to pply silione. From ove Wll Outside Floor hnnel: As with the wll hnnel, pply silione selnt long the length of the inside fes of the floor hnnel. Also pply ed of silione round the wll end of the floor hnnel nd to the 9 gp etween the wll nd floor hnnel. Crefully refit the wll nd floor hnnels onto the pnel. With help refully reposition the pnel ssemly ginst the wll ensuring the wll nd floor hnnels re flt ginst the wll nd floor. Atth the rkets to the wll using the 3 srews. Bottom wll rket only: On the ottom wll rket, remove the outer plte nd pply silione selnt long the ottom edge of the wll rket/glss nd into the gp etween the k of the glss nd the wll hnnel. PAGE 3

4 3 Re-tth the outer plte to the ottom wll rket nd ensure ll of the rket fixings re fully tightened. Apply smll mount of silione to the k of the x over ps (PN55) nd fit in position. Apply smll mount of silione to the k of the end p (PN58) nd fit onto the end of the floor hnnel. Apply silione inside nd outside where shown. Sel where the glss meets the wll nd floor hnnels nd where the hnnels meet the wll nd floor. Also sel the vertil joints etween the wll hnnel nd floor hnnel, inside nd out s shown. PAGE

5 OPTION - WITH TIE BAR X Tie r PN85 X - 7 Opening Wll Ensure tht the open end of the pnel is vertil. Mesure the distne etween the outside fe of the pnel nd the wll, this mesurement = X. Crefully mrk the length X minus 7 onto the tie r. Crefully trim the tie r to length. Slide the glss lmp nd tie r wll rket onto the tie r, tighten the gru srews using the 3 llen key. 8 9 ø 6 3 PN555 Position the tie r onto the pnel where required. Ensure the tie r is horizontl then mrk the position of the tie r wll rket on the wll. : Remove the tie r ssemly, remove the tie r wll rket, ple ginst the wll in the mrked position nd mrk the fixing hole. : Drill the mrked position using 6 drill it. : Insert the wll plug nd tth the tie r wll rket to the wll using 3 srew. Note: Different wll plugs my e required depending on the sustrte. Re-tth the glss lmp to the tie r nd position onto the pnel nd into the tie r wll rket. : Use fltlde srewdriver to tighten the glss lmp onto the pnel nd 3 llen key to tighten onto the tie r. : Use the 3 llen key to tighten the tie r wll rket onto the tie r. : Apply smll mount of silione to the k of the srew p (PN555) nd fit in position on the glss lmp. 6 OPTION 3 - WALK THROUGH Tie rs PN85 Tie r wll rket positions Floor/try Bk wll Position the floor hnnel on the floor in the required position - mximum of 7 from the wll. The floor hnnel must e prllel with the wll, mrk the position nd tpe the hnnel in position using msking tpe. Deide the position of the tie rs/tie r wll rkets. Mrk horizontl nd vertil lines on the floor nd k wll equl distnes from the ends of the floor hnnel. Mrk the height of up the wll from the floor/try top. Ensure the pnel is the orret wy round, the Glss Gurd Ho lel must e on the outside. With help, dry fit the pnel into the floor hnnel using glss lifters. Ensure the pnel is vertil in ll diretions. 5 6 X X - 7 Opening Wll Ensure tht the pnel is vertil nd prllel with the wll. Mesure the distne etween the outside fe of the pnel nd the wll, this mesurement = X. Crefully remove the pnel. Crefully mrk the length X minus 7 onto the tie rs. Crefully trim the tie rs to length. With help, refully position the pnel k into the floor hnnel using glss lifters (with the Glss Gurd lel on the outside). Ensure the pnel is vertil in ll diretions. PAGE 6

7 7 PN555 Slide the glss lmps onto the tie rs nd position onto the pnel nd into the tie r wll rkets. : Use fltlde srewdriver to tighten the glss lmps onto the pnel nd 3 llen key to tighten onto the tie rs. : Use the 3 llen key to tighten the tie r wll rkets onto the tie rs. Ensure ll gru srews re fully tightened. : Apply smll mount of silione to the k of the srew ps (PN555) nd fit in position on the glss lmps. 8 9 CARE AND MAINTENANCE IMPORTANT: When silione selnt is used you must not use or work on the pnel/s for hours fter instlltion. DO NOT use leh, souring powders, solvents or other ggressive lening gents. To len use wrm sopy wter nd len loth nd rinse off. Periodilly hek ll fixings nd tighten if neessry.
