As per the Kitigan Zibi Salary Scale and Employee Qualifications Certified Educational Assistant ($16.23 per hour) Non-Certified Educational Assistant ($12.98 per hour) PREAMBLE: The position will begin in January The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the classroom teacher with all necessary duties within the classroom, working one-onone or with small groups of students, substituting for teachers and carrying out any necessary supervision within the Algonquin Immersion program.
