5 THE VETS PLEDGE CONTINUES 2017 EDITION Due to your generous donation to The Vets Pledge in 2016, we were able to have a prize package enticing enough that people donated a total of $ over the summer months to the Goderich Legion Branch 109. We, at Wildwood, hope we can count on your support in 2017 when we choose another veteran s cause because they deserve it. This year we have added a new twist. In the show case located inside the Rec Hall you will see a number of items that you will have the opportunity to win through your donations to the Vet Pledge. Firstly, you will see a silent auction item a Sorrel Ladies winter coat. This auction will run until 6:00 p.m. on August 06 / 17. It is a woman s large coat and cannot be exchanged but I am sure you will find a worthy individual to accept this exquisite gift. Simply fill in the information on the sheet, including your bid and hopefully you will win this item. Secondly, you will also see a prize package which you can donate $ 2, $ 5, or $ towards the more you donate the better chance you have of winning this package. I will be giving you updates as to the value of this package as the summer rolls along. The draw for this item will be held at our Labour Day shareholders meeting. Your Vets thank you in advance.
