This is indeed a "pat on the back" for the club and especially for the way that the ground has been presented already during this year. Whilst we are aware that there will be some voluntary work required for the days along with some extra support from GT, I believe that this will represent another opportunity to showcase our wonderful facilities to the cricket community. We will be seeking support from various people within the club (including Committee & other members) for the days we are hosting so will place a call out for volunteers once we have been briefed from the GCA on further requirements.
3 MEMBERSHIP FEES 2011/12 Good News! Through a lot of hard work, we have been able to maintain last year s membership fees and absorb the ever increasing costs of running the club so it doesn t cost you any more. In order to streamline the process of collecting memberships and to keep our records up to date, we ask that all membership payments be submitted with a membership form which can be downloaded on the club website or found at the Bar. These can then be filled out and returned with payment to the below address or direct to the Membership Officer (Colin Cunliffe), President (Neville Crane) Treasurer (Mark Ainsworth) or Assistant Treasurer Nick Harrison in person. Box 240 Geelong VIC 3220 MEMBERSHIP SCHEDULE 2011/12 The fees are: Senior Membership: Non Playing Member $50 Senior Membership: Playing Member (if paid before Rd 3) $200 + $50 Senior Concession: Playing Member (if paid before Rd 3)$125 + $ 50 Senior Membership: Playing Life Member (if paid before Rd 3) $200 Senior Membership: Playing Member(if paid after Rd 3) $ $ 50 Senior Concession: Playing Member (if paid after Rd 3) $ $ 50 Senior Membership: Playing Life Member (if paid after Rd 3) $250 Junior Membership: Eligible to play in a Junior Team $120 Junior Family Membership: Two Eligible Juniors $220 PAYMENT OPTIONS Payments can be made through the club website or at the clubrooms with a cash or eftpos transaction. One of the following persons need to be informed when a membership payment is made in one of these ways: Colin Cunliffe, Mark Ainsworth, Nick Harrison, Neville Crane. Instalment payments Instalment payments and payment plans will be accepted only if you have made an agreement with the Membership Officer (Colin Cunliffe) prior to the membership due date of 31 st October THE KITCHEN The Kitchen will be in operation on; Thursday evenings after training from 6:00 p.m p.m., Friday evenings during Milo (under 9 s) season from 5:00 p.m. 7:30 p.m., & on Saturday evenings after the game from 5:30 8:00 p.m. and will offer a varied selection of quality meals throughout the season. Managed by Clare Hamilton, members and guests are encouraged to enjoy healthy meals by the serving of fresh food at all times.
