The superstructure can realize 360 slewing via slewing ring which is driven by pinin gear. With cntrllable sliding cntrl, slewing gear can reduce impact t ensure slewing start/ brake mre stably. Cunterweight and cunterweight assembly/ dismantling mechanism It cnsists f base cunterweight, cunterweight, cunterweight raising cylinder, bearing chain and fixed pin cylinder. 5 Systems Hydraulic system Hydraulic system cnsists f main pump, cntrl valve, hydraulic mtr, hydraulic il tank and cler etc. Hydraulic system adpts advanced pump cntrl system in the wrld and its main cmpnents are all imprted and have advantages f high efficiency, energy-saving and lng service life. Hydraulic il tank capacity: 700L. Cler: aluminium radiatr with electric fan. Technical instructin Electric appliance system This system with 24V DC and earth negative, has tw 195 AH accumulatrs. Electric appliance f cmplete vehicle mainly includes pwer, engine start, engine shut-dwn, indicatr light, annunciatr, illuminatin, fan, wiper, hrn, histing limiter, hydraulic il cling fan, digitized display, PLC cntrller, preheating device fr engine and safety equipment etc., which ensure safe peratin and excellent wrking envirnment f the crane. The cmplete vehicle adpts CAN-bus technlgy, which cnnects the engine, PLC cntrller and digitized display efficiently and have truble detecting and self-diagnsis functin.
