29 Implications for the State & City Engineers Overnight (and long-distance) travel continues to grow Personal vehicles continue to dominate Trips (mostly) increasing in duration and distance Need to explicitly consider destinations and routes on urban/ rural interstates Emphasis on AL intercity & rural to urban connections
