Park fees totaling $, for all three sections, at the rate of $, per dwelling unit, will be due at time of final plat. The ngineering Department indicates that Coastal Point is limited to DUs of water and sewer capaci, which is adequate to serve these plat sections. Water service is provided from an -inch water line on the east side of Madrid Lane. Sanitary sewer service is provided from a -inch sewer line at the intersection of FM and South Shore Boulevard. Off-site public sanitary sewer is being extended to the Coastal Point PUD. Infrastructure plans for Section and Section were approved in early January of with Section currently under review by the Development eview Committee (DC). Compliance of egulations ecommendation ecommended Motion Staff finds that the plat conforms to the subdivision regulations of Chapter of the League Code of Ordinances and Section of the xas Local Government Code. Staff recommends approval with the condition that public infrastructure for each section cannot be approved until off-site infrastructure plans have been approved by the ngineering Department.
