For the transponder, a deposit of 50 will be charged. The entry fee must be paid via Paypal (see on /englishinformation)). Race numbers and transponders are valid for the time trial and the road race. The transponder must be submitted back no later than 06/05/2017 at 4:00 pm in the competition office. The correct attachment of the numbers will be announced at the Registration. Each athlete receives an athlete card (labeled with the phrase "A") and also a supervisor card (labeled with the phrase "B"). These passes are mandatory on board and are valid for admission to the competition office and the material depot. The handover of the starting materials will be subject to the presentation of a valid UCI license. 3

4 Anti-Doping-Controls After the end of the competition, each athlete informs him-/herself about whether he/she has to attend doping controls. In addition, the athletes will be accompanied by chaperons. After the end of the competition the list of athletes will be published at the jury bus. Also athletes who have not finished the competition may be asked for attending doping control. 5 Time Trial: Teamleader Meeting: 12:30 am, Eventforum Terra Nova 1. Starting Time : 14:00 am (see appendix for approx. order of events) The exact start times will be published after the registration deadline ( ) at. It s not alout to visit the time trial track on the day of the competition. The track is located on the Terra Nova Speedway and is traversed in two directions. Therefore, all athletes must always stay on the right side of the road. Support vehicles are not permitted. Neutral material motorcycles will travel the route. The kilometers 5; 7.5; 10; 15 and 20 are marked. The turning point is marked 500, 200 and 100 and 50 meters before. The routes are: 15 km: 20 km: All athletes must arrive at the Start line no later than 10 minutes before the start of the material- and registration control. The official award ceremony will begin at 6 pm in the Eventforum Terra Nova (near by the finishline). Food (pasta etc.) and drinks will be provided. To honor the winners and athletes, your participation in this get-together would be highly appreciated. An absence of the top three athletes will be punished with a penalty 5

6 Road Races (04. and ) Team Leaders Meeting for both days: , 11 am, Parish Community Center Köln- Longerich, Longericher Hauptstraße 62a, Köln, Germany. (Signposted) For road races all athletes must arrive 10 minutes before the start at the Pre-Start- Area. This area is about 80 meters in front of the Start- and Finish line on the left side (Grethenstraße). Athletes who are not appearing will be excluded from the competition. The instructions of the marshals have to be obeyed. The starting order will be defined by the jury. After the race, please do not ride the track facing backwards. The circuit can be easily left in the Finishing curve. The material depot is located 10 meters after the Start- and Finishing line on the left side. Only authorized caregivers (with the ID "B") do have access. For the material depot, we cannot accept any responsibility or liability. Materials- or support cars are not permitted during the race. A warm-up route is signposted. It is located on the Robert-Perthel-Straße. During warming-up, road traffic regulations must be adhered to. Parking lots are available and signposted. Please use this parking lots and do not park in the driveways of local residents. Route: Award ceremonies: Please do wear your competition attire for the award ceremony. An absence of the ceremony will be punished with a penalty. After the opposition period, prize money can be collected at the Registration Office (at the Curch Square, near the Start- and Finishing-Line) T1&T2 female and male: approx. 2:30 pm Tandems male and female: 2.45 pm C1&C2 male: approx. 4:30 pm C1-C5 female: approx. 4:45 pm (at the Curch Square, near the Start- and Finishing-Line) All award ceremonies are held approximately 15 minutes after the race. 6
