2 Schedule of Events 8:45am Onsite Check-In Opens (Free Parking on School Grounds) 9:15am Competitors and Judges Meeting (all are required to attend) 9:45am Ritual Competitions Begin Competition times will be scheduled after Registration Deadline. Each Chapter will be ed a detailed Competition Schedule. Lunch is on your own There are lots of Fast Food and Restaurant options in the area or bring your own lunch/snacks/beverages. Each Chapter and Competitor will be scheduled with at least an hour break for lunch. Competitions will continue throughout the day. 5:00pm End of Competitions Leave for Dinner or to pick-up people for Leaders Ball 8:00pm Leaders Ball Pacific Science Center Ackerley Family Exhibit Hall minutes from school depending on traffic

5 General Information Fairview Christian School This elementary school was built in 1906 for the Seattle School District and the new addition was built in The school officially closed in 1978 and was sold in 1985 to what is now the Fairview Church. The school currently is Pre-School to 8 th Grade. Parking at the School There is a 200 space parking lot on one side of the building and a playground on the other side. Parking is Free on School Grounds. Dress Code During the day everyone can be in State Dress Code DeMolay Casual, unless you are competing, then the appropriate State Dress Code will be enforced for Ritual Judging (see page 8 of the 2016 Ritual Competition Rules). Activities while not competing We will be using a Commons area for registration and general hang-out space throughout the day. You can bring your change of clothes, ritual paraphernalia and other items for your Chapter to this area. You can play games or do any activity that does not disrupt the noise levels in the Competitions, go against the rules of the School or common sense. There is a playground outside (depending on weather) and the State Officers will have some prepared activities to keep you occupied and busy if you are not studying your parts for competition. Questions Our Ritual Competition Director is Dad William Hart. He is your resource for any questions concerning the Ritual Competition Rules and Scheduling. Then 0.33 miles Keep left at the fork in the ramp. Stay straight to go onto WA-522/Lake City Way NE. Then 0.41 miles Turn sharp left onto NE 80th St. (NE 80th St is just past 14th Ave NE) Then 0.20 miles Take the 3rd left onto Roosevelt Way NE. (Roosevelt Way NE is just past 11th Ave NE) Then 0.10 miles Take the 2nd right onto NE 78th St. Fairview Christian School is on the right. From the North heading South on I-5 Take the N 85th St exit - EXIT toward NE 80th St. Then 0.14 miles Keep left to take the ramp toward N.E 80th St. Then 0.32 miles Merge onto Corliss Way N. Keep left at the fork to continue on Corliss Way N. Turn slight left onto NE 80th St. Then 0.43 miles Turn right onto Roosevelt Way NE. (Roosevelt Way NE is just past 8th Ave NE) Then 0.10 miles Take the 2nd right onto NE 78th St. Fairview Christian School is on the right.
