4 Registration Must Pre-Register by the Deadline August 4th before the clock strikes midnight Click "News/Info" at Top of Page, then State Event Registration ***Note to those doing the registration: Your Chapter/Assembly/Lodge pays for the amount of people that are registered (e.g. if you register 10 people, and only 7 attend, you STILL need to pay for the 10 registrants). We pre-purchase food and supplies based on the numbers registered. If you have people registered that you know are not going to make it, please cancel them in advance to save yourself the expenses and us the over-purchases.*** Registration forms postmarked after the August 4th, 2015 deadline or received electronically after the August 4th, 2015 (midnight) deadline will be assessed a $5.00 late registration fee per person. Fees for individual people registering on-time need to be paid prior August 14th. Paying onsite at the time of check-in for WOO or those who register onsite will be assessed a late fee, unless they are replacing a registered attendee who previously registered and paid on time. 6 WOO 2015 Camp Rules 1.! The&rules&of&Washington&DeMolay,&Washington&Job s&daughters,& Washington/Idaho&Rainbow&for&Girls,&and&Common&Sense&apply.& 2.! Cut&no&trees,&use&designated&paths,&respect&the&campsite.& 3.! Please&only&enter&WOO&campsites.&OffIlimits&areas&include&the&park& buildings&(other&than&restrooms),&maintenance&areas,&and&staff&quarters.& 4.! All&fires&must&be&tended.&Campfires&may&be&banned&during&very&dry& weather.&no&campfires&without&park&permission&and&only&in&designated& fire&pits.& 5.! No&fireworks,&illegal&drugs,&alcoholic&beverages,&or&weapons&allowed.& Violations&will&result&in&the&persons&being&sent&home&immediately&by& event&advisors.& 6.! No&smoking&is&allowed&at&camp.& 7.! Please&leave&your&campsite&better&than&you&found&it.&Thank&you!&& 8.! Obey&all&instructions&given&by&the&park&staff.& 9.! RVs&shall&park&only&in&campsites&designated&by&event&staff.& 10.! Pets&must&be&on&a&leash&AT&ALL&TIMES,&when&outside&their&own& campsite.&campers&will&receive&one&verbal&warning&from&park&staff.&if& seen&off&leash&a&second&time,&the&animal&will&be&invited&to&leave&the&park.& Pet&owners&are&responsible&for&cleaning&up&after&them.& 11.! 7 The Lilo Lunchtime Sandwich Competition! One type of sandwich is allowed per Masonic group (Ex: Olympia Chapter, Bethel 51, or Kent Assembly).! Teaming up with another group is also allowed.! Sandwich must be prepared on site and must be enough for all judges to have a sample. (Plan for 10 people)! Sandwiches & sandwich-making shall at all times adhere to the International Standards adopted & approved by the British Sandwich Association, as amended. (Bread filling)! Sandwich should have a Hawaiian name and skit.! A Chapter/Bethel/Assembly member must eat the Sandwich in front of the judges.! Sandwiches will be judged on Taste, Appearance, and Skit/Presentation.! If death or serious injury is caused by the Sandwich, the team shall be disqualified.

8 Cowabunga Surfboard Competition! Only one surfboard is allowed per Masonic group (Ex: Olympia Chapter, Bethel 51, or Kent Assembly).! Teaming up with another group is also allowed.! Surfboard must be prepared on site after 11am Saturday! Only duct tape (not provided) and cardboard (provided by the Event Staff) may be used to construct surfboard.! Surfboard will be judged on design, floatation, and ability to fend off sharks (seriously, did you see that surfer video).! A representative from the Masonic group must ride the surfboard to prove its stability and use. $

9 Mr. WOO Pageant & Miss WOO Talent Show Pageant Rules: 1. Only 1 representative per Chapter (Must be a DeMolay) 2. An interview, appropriate outfit, and talent is required. 3. Contestant must contact Luke & Ashley to sign up. Talent Show Rules: 1.!Only 1 talent per Bethel/Assembly. 2. Contestant must contact Luke & Ashley to sign up.
