2 Finals Schedule Our students will be taking their semester finals next Wednesday and Thursday. Attendance on these two days is important, so please avoid any appointments that will cause your student to miss school. Athletes interested in trying out for a spring sport need to sign-up at All 9th and 11th graders must have a current physical dated after May 1st If you have any questions, please contact the Activities Office at Green Dot Basketball Game - February 1st Turn the Red Dots Green! This school year CHS is continuing to grow our Green Dot program. This program is designed to create cultural change within our school and community in regards to power-based personal violence, also known as Red Dots. Each student/staff and parent trained increases the number of Green Dots within our Viking community and Coeur d Alene as a whole. Training our community to recognize Red Dots and how to effect change will create a safe environment where power-based violence is no longer tolerated and eventually disappears. To continue building towards this cultural change we need everyone to do his/her part, to speak up and sign up to become a member of our Green Dot team. See Mr. James, Ms. Mahoney or Cami Lee our Safe Passages Liaison to sign up for our next training. The Green Dot Game will be February 1st, 2018 at the CHS/LCHS boys varsity basketball game, 7pm. During the game, varsity players and cheerleaders from both sides will wear Green Dot Socks. ICCU (Idaho Central Credit Union) is sponsoring this game and will have a 1/2 time money machine along with other pregame surprises for fans. Black t-shirts with our Green Dot / CHS logo will be handed out before the game to virtually every person entering the gym (up to 500). LCHS will be passing out their Green Dot shirts to their fans as well, so we can have a "Green OUT" game to promote Green Dot at both schools. More Green Dots = safer schools!
