The course spreads over 70 hectares of land with a plateau as a dominating feature offering a magnificent view of the gently undulating course with nine water reservoirs situated at the outskirts of Mladá Boleslav. Par 72 Championship Course whose length from the back tees reaches meters has been designed by two Czech architects Miroslav Marynčák and Libor Jirásek. The spectacular 15 th hole measuring 652 meters is the longest par 5 in the Czech Republic. At the approach to the 18 th hole there is a permanent gallery for up to 300 spectators which is another unique feature of the course. The 9-hole, lamplit, par 27 Academy has 660 meters in length. Nestled only a short walk from the clubhouse it is major part of the Outdoor Training Facility. Nine wonderful par 3 holes are ideal for beginners eager to practise in a real game environment. Next to the Academy there is the driving range building with 19 sheltered posts. Huge driving range, fairway bunkers together with spacious chipping and putting greens are the hub for learning and practising the game in Mladá Boleslav. 2

Registration Team captains are asked to register their players at the Tournament Office at the clubhouse on Monday, September 14 th from 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, September 15 th from 8:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. Team Fee Team fee amounts to EUR for six players, a team captain and a team advisor. Each additional person accompanying the team will be charged by 150 EUR. The team fee must be paid via bank transfer to the Czech Golf Federation account by August 24 th, 2015 at the latest. Breakfasts are included in the price of accommodation and will be served from 6:30 a.m. till 10:00 a.m.; Lunches and Dinners will be served continuously from 11:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m. in the form of a hot and cold buffet. The price of the buffet amounts to 25 EUR per person and day. Buffet vouchers will be made available upon a team s registration and the payment will have to be made in cash in EUR or by credit card on the last day of the championship. Water and fruit will be available for the players free of charge on the course during four championship days. Practice Facilities Driving range, chipping and putting greens will be open an hour prior to the first starting time and will be available till 8:00 p.m. daily. Practice Days Two official practice rounds will take place on Monday, September 14 th and on Tuesday, September 15 th based on the EGA official draw for practice rounds. Caddies No caddies are allowed except for fellow-team members. 5

6 Manual Trolleys Manual trolleys are available free of charge. Please complete and return the Manual Trolley Booking Form by July 17 th, 2015 at the latest. Course Guide A stroke saver will be available for all players, captains and advisors in their portfolios upon team registration. Ceremonies The Opening ceremony will be held on Tuesday, September 15 th at 7:00 p.m. at the clubhouse followed by Welcome party at 7:30 p.m. The Closing ceremony & Farewell Dinner will be held on Saturday, September 19 th immediately after the end of all matches of Day II. Dress Code A reasonable standard of dress is required at all times on the course and in the clubhouse. Jeans, tee shirts and track-suits are not permitted. Caps and hats are not permitted in the clubhouse. Only soft spikes are permitted on the course. Mobile phones must be switched off on the course and in the clubhouse. Golf Shop A full assortment pro shop is on the premises of Golf Mladá Boleslav. Golf Bags Golf bags may be stored upon request at a special and guarded room at the clubhouse. Lockers Lockers will be available for the teams free of charge. They will be labeled with the flags of attending countries. The key deposit is 20 EUR per locker. Please do not leave any valuables in the locker room. Medical Service Permanent medical service and first-aid kits will be available in the days of the championship on the premises of Golf Mladá Boleslav. Drug Abuse A competitor shall not make use of any drug to enhance his performance. If in doubt please check the Prohibited list issued by World Anti-Doping Agency ( Any player infringing this condition or, if asked to do so refusing to take a test, shall be disqualified. Release and Waiver: In considera on of the acceptance by the EGA to the par cipant taking part in the ETC, I irrevocably release the EGA (and their respec ve members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors or agents) from any liability (to the extent permi ed by law) for any kind of loss, injury or damage that the par cipant may suffer or be exposed to in connec on with: a. the par cipant s involvement in the ETC; or b. any medical treatment administered to the par cipant whilst the par cipant is in the host country during the course of the ETC. 5. Arbitra on: I agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising from or in connec on with this consent and authorisa on which cannot be se led amicably shall be submi ed exclusively to the Court of Arbitra on for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland, for final and binding arbitra on in accordance with the Code of Sports related Arbitra on.
