3 ENTRIES Entries are to be submitted by the national authority on the official EGA website: Please note that the Closing Date for Entries is Monday 16 April 2018, 17:00h For more information, you can contact the EGA directly using the details given in Contacts. Men: Ladies: TEAM FEE The Team Fee is 600 per team. It will cover practice balls, team photographs and social events for four players and a captain. 200 is an extra fee that covers the cost for team (4 players and a captain) transport from Zagreb Airport to official hotel and daily transport from the offical hotel to the golf course. For any additional person travelling with the team, there is an extra charge of 100 to cover official functions and transport between the course and the offical hotel. PRIZES Gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to the teams placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively. CATERING Buffet breakfast will be served at the official hotel from 6:00am The restaurant in the clubhouse at Riverside Golf Zagreb will offer daily lunch menus at a special price from 6 to 8. DRESS CODE A reasonable standard of golf clothes is required at all times on the course and in the clubhouse. Only soft spikes are permitted on the course. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE The competitors will compete under the full responsibility of their federations. TOURNAMENT OFFICE, INFORMATION DESK AND REGISTRATION The Tournament Office, information desk and registration will be in Riverside Golf Zagreb clubhouse from Monday 30 July 2018, 12h. The clubhouse is beige-coloured, round-shaped building, close to the championship golf course. One of the restaurants is in a separate building that can be found by the driving range. GOLF BAG STORAGE AND LOCKER ROOMS Golf bag storage will be available in the clubhouse. Locker rooms are located in the clubhouse. The golf club will try to offer at least two lockers per team. TROLLEYS Manual trolleys will be available.

The place and more exact time will be given at the registration on site. The dress code for the team photo is the national team uniform. NOTE: Team Captains, please ask the players to bring their national uniforms with them in the morning, as the official shuttle bus will not make trips to the hotel during the afternoon hours on Tuesday before the Opening ceremony. 5 VENUE RIVERSIDE GOLF ZAGREB Only 15 minutes drive from Zagreb centre is a little golf paradise by the river Sava. Riverside Golf Zagreb is a place for those who want to spend their professional or recreational sports-related moments in a natural environment, so close, yet so far away from city crowds. Many improvements will be done on and around the golf course before hosting the European Team Shield Championship. CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSE The championship golf course is PAR 72 with total length of 6415 meters. As many as 11 lakes can be found on this course, which makes it a challenge for every golfer, offering a portion of increased adrenaline which players will want to repeat again and again. In addition to the championship course, Riverside Golf Zagreb offers excellent practice facilities; a nine-hole golf course with, PAR 30 and a total length of 1558 meters, with three PAR 4s and six PAR 3s; a spacious driving range with capacity for 40 players, plus chipping and putting green. It is also possible to practice under a covered, lit driving range tent with 12 positions. THE RESTAURANT A friendly and professional service awaits you in the restaurant, which is located in the central area of the clubhouse. It offers a fine range of freshly prepared local and international delicacies.
