The course was built with the aim to provide local community with top quality golfing and other services. It enables players to choose their own 18-hole combination from three 9-hole courses with the total length of m. The 27-hole course was designed by renowned British architect Jonathan Gaunt who puts emphasis on clear arrangement at each hole, visibility of hazards and elimination of blind shots. Gaunt s major design features include challenging mixture of maintained playing areas with the surrounding wild nature and lots of artificially built ponds. The three 9-hole championship courses are named The Wood Course, The Stone Course and The Iron Course. In addition, golfers of all skill levels can enjoy play at the 6-hole public course, the huge two-sided driving range with a roofed part, three putting greens and two chipping greens. 4 Transportation By aircraft 1) Prague International Airport in Ruzyně (Václav Havel Airport) is the largest international airport in the Czech Republic situated approximately 220 km from Golf Resort Kaskáda. See 2) Brno Airport is the nearest airport in the Czech Republic situated approximately 25 km from Golf Resort Kaskáda. See Transport to/from the official hotels will be provided from the above airports only according to your announced flight details on the day of team arrivals - Saturday, July 7th and on the day of team departures - Sunday, July 15th. Please Note: If any team member will arrive on his own and at a different time than the rest of the team, the extra fee amounting to 50 EUR/trip will be charged and has to be paid upon team registration unless such a player can be transported with another team. Room rates: Single rooms/double rooms 100 EUR/ night incl. breakfast, service charges, city tax, VAT. There is a limited offer to use a few double rooms as triple rooms with an extra bed charge of 20 EUR/night. Breakfast will be served daily from 6.00 a.m. to a.m. Reservation will not be considered confirmed until the Accommodation Coordinator has received a credit card number valid at least until October Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Registration Team captains are asked to make their registration at the Tournament Office at Golf Resort Kaskáda on Sunday, July 8 th from 8.00 a.m. till 6.00 p.m. and on Monday, July 9 th from 8.00 a.m. till a.m. Team fee Team fee amounts to EUR for six players and a captain. Each additional person accompanying the team will be charged by 200 EUR. Lunch and Dinner will be served from a.m. till 8.00 p.m. in the form of a hot and cold buffet including beverages. The price of Lunch is 17 EUR/person, the price of Dinner is 20 EUR/person. Buffet vouchers will be made available upon team registration and the payment will have to be made in cash in EUR or by credit card. Water and fruit will be available for players, captains & advisors free of charge on the course during five championship days. Practice Facilities Driving range, chipping & putting greens will be open one hour prior to the first starting time and available till 8.00 p.m. daily. 6

Please complete and return the manual trolley booking form by May 18 th, Course Guide A stroke saver will be available for players, captains and advisors in their portfolios upon team registration. Ceremonies The Opening Ceremony & Welcome Party will be held on Monday, July 9 th at 7.00 p.m. at the clubhouse. The Closing Ceremony & Farewell Dinner will be held on Saturday, July 14 th within 30 minutes after completion of play at the clubhouse. Dress Code A reasonable standard of dress is required at all times on the course and in the clubhouse. Jeans, t-shirts and track-suits are Not permitted. Caps and hats are Not permitted in the clubhouse. Only soft spikes are permitted on the course. Mobile phones must be switched off on the course. Golf Shop A full assortment pro shop is on the premises of Golf Resort Kaskáda. Lockers Lockers will be available for the teams. They will be labeled with the flags of participating countries. The key deposit is 20 EUR/team. Please do Not leave any valuables in the lockers. Medical Service Permanent medical service and first-aid kits will be available in the days of the championship on the premises of Golf Resort Kaskáda.
