2 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY ENTRIES Entries open at 7pm on 4/2/19 and close at 7pm on 20/2/19. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. All entries must be completed online by closing date. All entries to be done via Global entries online. Camping/stabling information must be completed. 75% refund of entries will be given for all scratching s made prior to entries closing. Thereafter a veterinary or medical certificate must be produced to receive a 75% refund. Number of entries per class will be limited. All entry enquires please contact Sue West birrali@ activ8.net.au or Sarah Dreverman sarah.d11@hotmail.com RULES The FEI Rules for Jumping and EA Addendum to the Rules will apply. All horses in Ring 1 must be currently registered and hold current performance cards with the ENSW On Saturday each horse may start in 2 classes on the day plus the six bar. On Sunday each horse may only start in 1 Championship class. All riders must be members of the ACT Show Jumping Club or ENSW Late entries will go first in the draw Australian helmet standards will apply. All riders must wear approved boots and helmet whilst mounted, including presentations, training, before and after the event. All dogs must be on leads and secured at all times. No dogs are allowed onto the competition arena or practice arenas at any time. All riders competing at this event will be expected to have read these rules and conditions and accept and acknowledge the wavier forms signed with the ENSW. NO ABUSE OF OFFICIALS OR VOLUNTEERS WILL BE TOLERATED. Failure to follow instruction from the Organising Committee members will result in disqualification from the event.

Draw order must be followed, subject to next rule. Ring 1 is to take priority over Rings 2 and 3. THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE The organising committee reserves the right to amend any part of the Program at their discretion. CAMPING Equestrian Park is being hired for the event and is available for camping from 22 February until 25 February Camping after that date is also available. The minimum camping fee is $20 per horse carrying vehicle, which will cover up to three (3) nights. A fee of $10 will be charged for each additional night camped. Camping fees must accompany entries. There are showers but no powered sites on the grounds.

4 EQUESTRIAN PARK HORSE LEVY Equestrian Park is run by volunteers and its maintenance and development is funded by users. A horse levy of $4 per horse applies. It is referenced at globalentriesonline. com.au PARAMEDIC LEVY A $15 levy per rider registration is payable to help with the costs of having a paramedic at the grounds for the event. This is referenced at globalentriesonline.com.au YARDS Open yards are available for the duration of the show. Yards $20 per horse. All yards to be booked on global when completing entries BYO yards. Temporary fencing is allowed in areas allocated. No yards to be built for overnight stay on the road going down to the woolshed. This costs $7 per horse. Fees must be paid on global when completing entries. SAFETY & RISK MANAGEMENT The ACT Showjumping Club shall address and act upon all safety issues at the event. Due to insurance issues and in the interest of all equestrian events, including showjumping, your attention to safety and cooperation with ground staff is requested. All riders who fall off in the ring or warm up areas must report to the paramedic before remounting (article 140). Horseland Saddle Prize Horseland Canberra is providing a Collegiate saddle that will be won from a Rides Draw after the completion of the 6 Bar on Saturday. The winning rider must be present to claim the prize. If they are not present it will be redrawn LIABILITY Neither the committee nor the venue owner or lessees, nor any of their staff or agents shall be in any way liable for accident, injury, damage, loss or any matter that may happen for any causes or circumstances whatsoever to exhibitors, competitors or members or their agents, or to anyone on the grounds or to any animal or article exhibited or to any property brought onto the grounds or for any loss, claim, matter, circumstances or event whatsoever in connection with or arising out of the conduct of the event by or understood to be associated with the ACT Showjumping Club Inc. or any journey to or from the event. It is to be understood that under no circumstances shall the committee, its agents, or employees be liable for any loss, damages, claims or costs occasioned or suffered by any exhibitor, competitor or member directly or indirectly, howsoever arising, including without limitation, losses, damages, claims or costs as a result of any negligence and by attending the venue and entering any class you agree to indemnify and save harmless the committee, the ACT Showjumping Club Inc., the venue owner, lessees, their agents and employees from and against any liability about of any such loss, damages, claims or cost.
