ENTRIES ON THE DAY FROM 7.00am at the Secretary s Office. All classes starting at 8.30am must have entries in by 8am. All other entries must be in 30 minutes before the class starts. ENTRIES WILL ALSO BE TAKEN BY POST OR do not forget Ground Levy. a) Post Entry Form(s) to Event Secretary with Cheque enclosed by Thursday 19 th November. b) Subject line WWDSC Rider & Horse / Pony name & classes to be entered into + Ground Levy + Raffle ticket (received by 7.00pm Friday 20 st November). Payment and signed disclaimer must be made before competing on the day. Entry Forms available please contact Event Secretary. Entry fees must be paid at the time of entry along with the ground levy of $5.00 per horse. All competitors and spectators enter at their own risk and the Club accepts no responsibility for any accidents to the horse, rider or public. The Club reserves the right to refuse any entry without explanation, to alter or cancel any event, to postpone or abandon the sports if necessary or change prize money. Cancellations Radio More FM & Central FM. Ponies may not compete in horse events except in the Encouragement Ring. Any protests must be lodged with the Secretary in writing within fifteen minutes after a Judge has made his/her award and must be accompanied by $50.00, which will be forfeited if the protest is found to be frivolous or vexatious. The Ground Jury of President, Secretary and Vice President, their decision will be final. Prize money and or trophies not collected on the day will be forfeited. Show Jumping prize money to be paid out at a 1:7 ratio. All Cups to be collected on the day at Secretary s Office all cups are to be returned CLEAN and ENGRAVED. Hard Hats to be worn at all times 3 point fixing. Committee would appreciate placegetters writing a thank you letter to the Sponsors of their class. Yards must be cleaned out. If used Saturday night a $10 fee is payable. Food & Refreshments Available Wheel Barrow Raffle - tickets from Secretary s Office $5 per ticket (can be paid with entries) Dogs MUST be on a lead at all times

A Fair Play Award will be awarded to a rider in each group. For riders 10 years & under. Cannot enter any other classes on the day. Led riders must be led in all classes. Children that have previously competed in First Year Ridden are no longer eligible for this Kindergarten section. Fancy Dress Class will be last class on the day costumes are to be 100% safe! there will be a 10 minute break before this class to get changed.
