2 Conditions: 1. All riders, spectators, mounts, vehicles and equipment enter the grounds AT THEIR OWN RISK. A hazard risk assessment will be on display at the PC shed. 2. REG TAGGED Approved Safety Helmets to be worn at all times when riding on the grounds. 3. NWPC recommends body protectors for jumping. 4. ALL HORSES/PONIES TO BE YARDED. No tying to floats or trucks. 5. Entries accepted online, or post. Entries close Wednesday 4th October 2017 at 5.00pm. Post and ed entries must be on entry form. 6. LEVIES: $15.00 per mount (includes yarding, first aid etc), payable with entry fee. 7. LATE FEES: $10.00 per mount will apply to all late entries without exception. 8. ALL ENTRY FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL at the Secretaries Office, PC Shed prior to the commencement of judging. 9. NO DOGS ALLOWED AT ALL TIMES. Offenders will be asked to leave. Please do not leave dogs in cars or trucks. 10. Pony Club Uniform or Jackets optional. 11. Previous winners of NWPC Grooming Cup ineligible to enter NWPC Members Best Groomed, Best Kept Mount and Gear competition. 12. Novice combination defined as horse/pony rider combination that has not won 1st prize in any combination class where an entry fee has been paid. 13. Age of rider taken as at 8/10/ Committee may alter programme as required. 15. The Committee reserves the right to refuse entry without explanation. 16. Genuine protests may be lodged with the Secretary together with a $50 protest fee within 15 minutes of completion of the class concerned. 17. It is the rider s responsibility to enter the correct class and to advise the steward of any change in the jumping order. Failure to do so may result in elimination from the class. Events will not be delayed to facilitate rider on more than one mount if events are run at the same time. 18. Ribbons to 4 th place for all classes. 19. Rider/Horse combination limited to one flat section on the day. One mount to count for Points Cup. 20. Use of showjumping or cross country jumps outside of official classes will result in elimination. 21. ALL SHOWJUMPING WILL BE RUN UNDER ESNZ RULES. 22. Refunds (less 10% admin fee) will be given out if a VET or DOCTORS Certificate is produced within 7 days.
