FEI WORLD JUMPING CHALLENGE CATEGORY A M ESNZ Information - Info-sheet-Clean.pdf Rules can be found on the following link; Veterinary Inspection/Trot Up Saturday 12noon 13th October 2018 It is compulsory for all horses to wear a three digit horse ID number as per FEI Jumping rules Article 282 for the horse inspection and when competing. Prizes will be presented at the final southland show (Feb 2019). Classes may run back to back at judge's discretion. For the high points classes ponies may only enter the category appropriate to their height. For ponies; Please ensure your current height certificate is sent to ESNZ and that your registration is current before you compete in any show hunter classes otherwise ESNZ will disallow any points you earn. Stallions must wear stallion armbads if competing in Show Hunter. GENERAL CONDITIONS It is the rider/owner s responsibility to ensure all horse/rider registrations are current as at the date of the show. Stallions: it is the competitors responsibility at attach a stallion sign to their stable door (see the office for a staple gun if one is required). Dogs must be on a lead at all times and any dog poo must be picked up immediately. All horses must wear an ID on their horse with riders name & number at all times when they are not being ridden. This is to ensure the person responsible can be contacted promptly if your horse gets loose. No Go Pro s are to be worn. Pony riders must carry a current RAS height certificate (i.e for annual certificates these must be issued on or after 1 August 2018). Otago riders to nominate a helper and what jobs they can do to assist with at the show (entry will not be accepted without a completed helpers form) and to provide a plate for judges morning/afternoon tea, Working Bees will be advised on the Otago SJ Facebook page closer to the time. Online entries - EVENT ID is OSJ, online entries available from 1 September. Entries will only be processed ONCE payment has been received. All fees need to be paid by the close of entries or late fees will apply. If you do not have internet banking, please either bank into our account at your local branch or post a cheque as soon as entry is made. Yards/stables will only be allocated once payment has been received. If there is an oversubscription of yards/stables you may be allocated offsite. Grounds will be irrigated if required. Please enter on official entry forms that state ESNZ registration numbers. All fees to accompany entries or your entry won't be accepted. Entries can be scanned and ed to entries@otagoshowjumping.org.nz and direct payment made to , Cheques payable to Otago Area ESNZ Show Jumping.

4 Refunds/Prize Money will be paid out within 21 workings days following the show. Bank Account numbers to be provided with entry. Scratchings Scratchings prior to close of entries or riders when have been issued with an ESNZ Blue card Full refund Scratchings after close of entries - 75% refunds given with proof of inability to compete. There will be no refunds given on late entries. Class change rules Scratching from a dearer class to a cheaper class 75% refund on scratched class, normal entry fee on new class entered. Scratching from a cheaper class to a dearer class No fee charged. Changes must be made 30mins before the start of the class. Run under ESNZ/ESNZ Jumping/ESNZ SH rules and regulations. Please see the ESNZ website for current Rules and Series/High Points conditions. The rider must be a full member with ESNZ. Horse/Pony not registered for ESNZ J/SH can compete using this levy. The levy is $20 for the show. Can jump up to 100cm on a pony and up to 110cm on a horse but cannot compete in series classes and will not be eligible for HOY points in SH.
