Exhibitors shall be solely responsible for all legal liability arising as a result of any injury or damage caused by an animal, their property or under their control at the show. Therefore the exhibitor and trader must effect appropriate policies of insurance to indemnify the Adamstown Show Society, its officers and members against any claim, action or proceedings brought against it as a result of the negligence or breach of duty of the exhibitor or trader. Passports & (microchips if applicable) should be read by a vet at the final. 8. Foals qualified for the Final are not eligible to enter any other class at the show in which the final is held other than qualifying classes for other Finals.
