Our club TAEKWONDO KUKKIWON PUGNATOR joins the league of promoters and therefore we are extremely happy and proud to invite you to the 1.INTERNATIONAL PUGNATOR OPEN Saturday, 21.November 2015 In Traiskirchen in Lower Austria, only 20 Kilometers from Vienna! The 1. International Pugnator Open is a Kyorugi Tournament for children and adults with a starting age of 7 years, and open for all Kups as well as Poom- and Dan- Belt carriers! It is meant for Beginners as well as Establsihed fighters, giving them the opportunity to compete in a professional surrounding and scenario to either collect first experiences or dig deeper into the tournament scene. On five courts we will use DaeDo Hogus, which will be provided by us. If necessary, you can purchase the required sensor socks directly at the Tournament at the day of competition. We re looking forward to have as man as possible of you attenting this tournament. 4 REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION: The club has to be a member of ÖTDV, the ETU or WTF. Valid national Taekwondo ID A Declaration of Consent signed by a legal guardian for minors of age participating in Kyorugi competitions will have tob e presented. Passport or valid ID as proof of age and nationality CATEGORIES: Category A 4th to Open Category B 5th to 7th Kup Category C 8th to 10th Kup Poom and Dan Carrier are allowed to particpiate at this tournament! The award ceremonies will take place directly after each competition on the respective court. PROTEST: The chairman oft he protest comitee, as well as possible alterations of timetable and procedure will be announced at the coaches meeting. Protest can only be submitted by the official coach by writing immediately after the contest. A non refundable protest fee of 50.-will have to be paid. The decision of the protest comitee is final. Note: If less then 3 competitors are in one class, then the oraniser will reserve the rights to merge them together with other classes. The correct class assignment has to be checked by the coach prior to the beginning of the competitions. Changes are not possible after the start of the competition. ADMISSION & ACCESS: Free admission for spectators. Only the competitors and a maximum of 3 coaches per club have access to the competition area.

5 OTHER MATTERS: Coaches need to be dressed appropriately (Tracksuit, no Dobok, Indoor shoes) and need to be at least 18 years old. Posters, Banners, etc. with and also without added Sponsor printings may be installed in the location only after the allowance from the organiser! Photography and Filming are permitted. Neither the organiser nor the host will assume any liability for possible damages, injuries or losses. By registering, the competitor himself as well as the coach explictly approve this disclaimer. The coach is responsible to inform his partcipants, or, if they are minors of age, or their legal guardians about this disclaimer before the start oft he competitions, as well as about discipline and appropriate behaviour during the tournament. CORTS AND SYSTEM: The tournament will take place on five competition areas, zur and the DaeDo- System will be used. DURATION OF CONTEST: Kids-Classes will fight two rounds of one minute each (2x1 minutes), Pupil- and Cadet-Classes will fight three rounds of one minute each (3x1 minutes), Juniors and Seniors will fight three rounds of of one and a half minute each (3x1,5 minutes), all with half minute breaks during the rounds (1/2 minute). 6 EQUIPMENT: Electronic Hogu (DaeDo) will be provided by the organiser. The competitors have to be equipped with their own DaeDo sensor socks, head guard (in the colour oft he body proetctor or white), gum shield (white or transparent), groin guard, arm guards, hand gloves and shin guards. The equipment has to meet current WTF requirements. COMPETITION RULES: Accourding to the current WTF and ÖTDV rules. WEIGH IN: The weight of the competitors has to meet the weight category in which they were registered at weigh-in (Friday, , 15:00 21:00). Note: If less then three competitors are in one class, then the organiser reserves the right to merge them together with other classes. International PUGNATOR OPEN KYORUGI TOURNAMENT Mir ist bekannt, dass Taekwondo ein Vollkontakt - Wettkampfsport ist, bei dem Verletzungen nicht ausgeschlossen werden können. Weder der Veranstalter noch der verantwortliche Leiter der Veranstaltung übernehmen die Haftung für Unfälle oder Verletzungen. Ich erkläre daher, dass für meinen Sohn / meine Tochter eine aufrechte Krankenversicherung besteht bzw. dass ich alle Kosten in Zusammenhang mit etwaigen Unfällen oder Verletzungen übernehmen werde. I do know that Taekwondo is a Full Contact Competition Sport, where injuries cannot be excluded. Neither the organiser nor the promoter of the event can be held responsible for any damages or injuries. Therefore i declare that a valid insurance that will cover the costs of possible injuries of my son / my daughter exists or that I myself will cover all costs in connection with possible injuries or damages. 8 Location / Venue The Lions Dome was opened in 1999 and is the official home of the ARKADIA TRAISKIRCHEN LIONS and also the training ground for the Volksschule Traiskirchen. Nearly 1000 people can find a place in the venue. Next to the Lions Dome there is the training ground of the ASO Traiskirchen, homeground for TAEKWONDO KUKKIWON PUGNATOR. How to get there! By car: Via the A2 (Südautobahn): Use the Exit Traiskirchen, turn right at the traffic light onto the B17 direction to Traiskirchen, approx. 1 Kilometer later, turn left and after a few meters turn right, and another few meters later turn right again. Cross the railroad and around 200 meters after you are in front of the Lions Dome. Via the A1/A21 (Westautobahn): Use the Exit Heiligenkreuz, turn left, left again and follow the B11 for around 3 Kilometers, turn right onto the Siegenfelder Straße direction to Baden and drive along for approx. 5 Kilometer till Pfaffstätten. Turn left onto the links auf Weinbergstraße, right again and cross the railroad underneath, turn left at the traffic light onto Badener Straße till the rounabout, in the roundbaout ise the second Exit direction to Traiskirchen. After 1 Kilometer turn left onto Karl- Theuer Straße and in 200 Meter you will see the Lions Dome. Parking: Around the Lions Dome you will find lots of free parking spaces. Especially the whole of the Akademiestraße is well equipped with parking space. By train and tram: The Lions Dome is approx. 3 minutes away by walk from the local train station (Badener Bahn). Bus Lines 361 und 466 as well as the Badener Bahn stop there, arriving from Vienna and Baden.
