Fundraisers Events Committees BarnQuest Raise funds for barn improvements. Meets 1-2 times per year. Carnival Organizes the annual Carnival. Meets 2-3 times/yr. Corner Café Committee assists Café Manager. Meets 2-3 times per year. Discount Card Committee recruits businesses to be on the card. Any new ideas Chaperone Provide transportation and oversight at the event: Teen Camp: Bigfork, Feb for 2 nights Rec Lab: Across MT, spring for 2 night Congress: Bozeman, July for 3 nights. Junior Camp: Bigfork, July for 3 nights Fashion Revue Competition Help Competition Day. Meets 1-2 times/yr. Speech/Demo Day Competition Help Competition Day. Meets 1-2 times/yr. Livestock Judging Competition Help Competition Day. Meets 1-2 times/yr. Stir-ups/Cooking Competition Help Competition. Day. Meets 1-2 times/yr. Competition Day One day event for all youth. Occurs in March. 4-H Advisory Council Club Representative Council makes decisions and sets guidelines for the county program. Every club has a vote. Typically 3 rd Monday, meets 6 times/year: September, November, January, March, May and July. Archery Committee Meets in preparation of the archery season. Meets as needed. Horse Committee Coordinates county horse events. Typically meets 2 nd Thursday of each month, 7 PM, Stevensville. Indoor Exhibit Committee Organizes the indoor exhibits at fair. Meets as needed. Livestock Committee Coordinates county livestock events. Typically meets 2 nd Tuesday of each month, 7 PM, Stevensville. Meets 4-6 times per year. Small Animal Committee Includes rabbit, poultry, dog, cats and pocket pets.
