Chiefs and Officials are expected in place to start the event at this time. 8.30am First Event Under 9 Girls 60m Hurdles front straight Under 10 Girls Shot Putt Under 11 Girls 100m in the back Straight Under 12 Girls HJ Little Ath s Bags Under 13 Girls Discus Under 14 Girls HJ Senior Bags Under 8 Boys to follow the Under 11 Girls doing 100m on the back straight Under 9 Boys to follow the Under 9 girls doing 60m hurdles on the front straight Under 10 Boys Triple Jump on the front Straight Under 11 boys Javelin Under 13 Boys 1500m Followed by the Under 12 Boys Under 14 Boys Long Jump in the back Straight Under 8 Girls will 2nd up in the Long Jump after the Under 14 Finish on the back straight pitts Under 15/16 Boys and Girls will be 3rd in the 100m in back straight after the Under11 Girls and Under 8 Boys. Events will be called as usual for each age group for the rest of the morning in the order that best suits the needs of the events and athletes... 2 Safety on Competition Days All parents and athletes please note the following for your children s and your safety: Only officials and athletes are allowed on the in-field at any time. Officials must be wearing the fluoro vest issued to them on Competition Day and closed in shoes. There is to be NO crossing of the in-field The track must only be crossed at the 4 marked crossing areas and only when the track is clear (see map on next page) There are no dogs allowed at meets on a Saturday morning, leashed or unleashed All children remain the responsibility of their parents, there are gates open to main roads, please be vigilant. No child is to be left unattended at John Landy Field. It is a public venue it is recommended you know where your children are at all times Spikes are to be carried to the start of an event where allowed for competition Be Sunsmart please provide your children with water bottles, hats and sunscreen and use shade where possible. There are drinking fountains around the facility

Region and State event participation for GLAC athletes cannot be confirmed for this season until this position is filled.
