This premium venue will also allow guests to be a part of the excitement as runners cross the Finish Line. 3 Venue descriptions VIP Runner Program Exclusive hospitality experience for high-level executives and key influencers who are running the marathon designed to enhance their overall pre-race preparation, race and recovery. Clientele: Bank of America VIP guests, Event sponsors, Event VIP guests 5:30 a.m. 3:30 p.m. Balbo Hospitality A premium hospitality option for general participants and spectators designed to enhance their overall race day experience while providing spectators a place to meet their runners post-race. Clientele: Participants, Spectators, Charity groups, Event sponsor groups 5:30 a.m. 4 p.m.

4 Venue descriptions Molex Hospitality A dedicated hospitality facility exclusive to Molex employees and their guests. Clientele: Molex runners and spectators 5:30 a.m. 4 p.m. Employee Volunteer A venue designed to serve as an area for BofA employees to congregate prior to being escorted to the Finish Line for their race day volunteer role. Clientele: Bank of America employee medal volunteers 5:30 a.m. 4 p.m.

9 Safety program overview Safety team includes: Safety manager Designated safety coordinator at each aid station on course Safety coordinators will be focused on: Personal preparedness equipment (PPE) Event staff and volunteers are wearing necessary safety equipment including helmets, safety vests, etc. for their role Forklift safety Forklift operators drive at appropriate speeds, wearing seatbelts, etc. Environmental safety Supply and equipment storage, secure overhead structures, secure fencing, etc.

11 Evacuation roles and resources Roles Captain Facilitate the evacuation process for event area Identify appropriate shelter location based on GP Zone Designate personnel for additional emergency roles Co-captain Lead the evacuation process to the appropriate shelter location Responsible for wearing the fluorescent vest and leading the team to the shelter Responsible for holding signage for team to follow to the shelter Communications Responsible for communicating with the entire team with the bullhorn Resources Designated evacuation lead(s) for key facilities Grant Park emergency shelter checklist & map Fluorescent vest(s) Bullhorn(s) Emergency evacuation lollipop(s) (or other signage)

12 Emergency evacuation information The emergency evacuation location for all hospitality venues will be the Hilton Chicago located at the southwest corner of Michigan and Balbo. In the event of an emergency evacuation, the tent lead will locate vest and lollipop within the facility. Leads will then direct guests to the evacuation location. The sweepers will then check all areas of the facility to ensure everyone has evacuated the facility. 14 Race week preparedness actions All area leads will be provided emergency preparedness documents to review with staff Area managers: Conduct a safety, evacuation and communications briefing for event staff and volunteers in your area at the beginning of every shift. Everyone: Review Hands only CPR Stop the Bleed Certification (training available race week) Monitor weather and dress accordingly Be aware of surroundings and report anything suspicious
