1 Pr HD Intrducing the Pr HD blkart, develped specifically fr Rental / Cmmercial peratrs. Based arund the ppular Pr mdel blkart the Pr HD (Heavy Duty) has been significantly strengthened t cpe with the punishing rental envirnment. This will reduce maintenance csts and dwntime ffering a safe, truble-free service fr custmers. It will als help retain a gd resale value fr when rental peratrs turn-ver their karts. The blkart HD Sails, available nly t cmmercial peratins, will have mdificatins fcused n durability, flexibility in varius wind ranges and ease f use. Cmmercially fcused accessries will be available in the near future.

2 Cmpressin strut The cmpressin struct triangulates the frnt f the frame with the rear absrbing stress frm the keel and the main chassis rails creating a stiffer, mre durable chassis. The cmpressin strut is adjustable with an internal lurethane dampener. Mast base The mast base wire eye and dwn haul munt area have been replaced with a stainless steel spine running frm the tp f the tiller intersectin t the tp f the mast base. This spine ffers greatly increased resistance t the mast base defrmatin after multiple capsizes. The spine als ffers a tugher and mre serviceable munting pint fr the dwnhaul and the main sheet pulley. The Mast base als carries a munt fr the new Cmpressin Strut.

3 Flr The flr tray has been replaced by 2 panels set in frm the chassis rails fr easy drainage and cleaning reducing entrapped sand and pssible crrsin. Seat The Pr HD has been fitted with a mesh seat fr easy draining and quick drying. Fr future servicing the munting design means the seat can be easily remved and refitted withut drilling r rivets Keel The keel tube has an additinal GRP sleeve fitted internally. This sleeve increases the yield strength f the keel by apprximately 30% ensuring the keel remains straight and steering smth. The keel tube als carries a munt fr the cmpressin strut. Struts The 304 Stainless Steel Struts have increased t 22.5mm. This has given the struts an increased yield f 30% Grips The standard grips are replaced with lcking hand grips fr added security and durability, particularly in wet cnditins.

4 Fasteners Fasteners arund the backrest and struts have increased length t allw fr lck nuts. Reducing the likelihd f fasteners cming lse n rugh surfaces. The keel spring buttn has been replaced by a blt making it an integral /rigid part f the chassis. Where practical, quick release pins are replaced with blts fr karts that are intended n staying fully assembled the majrity f the time. Almst all rivets have been designed ut f the karts t help with future servicing Gaskets rubber gaskets are supplied fr the axle penings at the spring buttn and axle penings t reduce the sand and water getting in that can create wear n cmpnents. Wheel Optins The Pr HD is available with standard rear and 12 ½ x 2 ¼ frnt tire cnfiguratin r can be supplied with an upgrade t 15 x tires n the rear and the big frk n the frnt with the 4.00 x 6 cnfiguratin.

5 HD Sail Full Dacrn Sail, the mn film leach panel has been replaced by a Dacrn leach panel. And a wider Dacrn leach reinfrcing patch added fr great lng term durability, giving the HD sails the edge n durability fr the lng hurs in the weather and Ultra Vilet light. Batten tensiners A simple rbust strap lck system has been used n the HD sails t secure the battens Fair leads The current sails have 2 webbing lps and a SS eye n the ft f the sail as a guide fr the main sheet (fair leads). The HD sails have a SS ring at all 3 guide pints. Bag New 5.0m Flat Tp - Alng with these mdificatins we are als intrducing a new sail size specifically fr Rental / Cmmercial peratrs, the 5.0m Flat tp. The 5.0m sail utilises the same mast cnfiguratin as the 4.0m sail (5 sectins) making strage f rigged sails easier while ffering similar light-wind perfrmance as the 5.5m sail. The Pr HD kart and sails are supplied excluding bags t help ffset the additinal csts invlved in the up graded features. Imprtant: The mdificatins t the Keel, Mast Base, Struts and Sails d NOT qualify fr Blkart 1 Design racing under IBRA rules.
