1 Cat.N.C1-5 XR Pressure Regulatrs OUTLINE This is a pressure regulatr develped fr semicnductr prcess cntrl. Dust ccurrence and measuring fluid stagnancy are effectively prevented, assuring high reliability. FEATURES The smth peratin f a knb is prvided. Secnd ary pressure in cmpliance with knb mvement is excellent. By perfrming ultraclean (UC) treatment, cnditins fr keeping an envirnment clean is satisfied. A small, high-perfrmance pressure sensr equipped with a semicnductr strain gauge fr measuring primary (riginal) pressure and secnd ary (adjusted) pressure is installed and measured pressures will be digitally indicated. XR63 (Fr lw flw rate) Designing is n the basis f the standard f the prcess cnditin such as lw pressure,.5 Pa and flw with a few ml t 5 L/min mmentary pressure falling is small and it is stable. XR64 (Fr medium flw rate) This mdel has a wide applicatin frm lw pressure prcess and high pressure cylinder flw characteristics are stable. XR65 (Fr large flw rate) In the semicnductr manufacturing prcess mass flw is required in purging gas line and carrier gas (rarefied gas) and it is relatively cmpact.
