Limited Warranty: PHI MGMT warrants the Slim Wave System t be free frm defects in wrkmanship and material under nrmal use fr a perid f ne (1) year frm the date f shipment. The sle bligatin f PHI MGMT under this warranty will be t repair r replace the system, at its ptin, shuld the Slim Wave System prves t be defective during the warranty perid. The freging shall be the sle warranty remedy. As set frth herein, PHI MGMT makes n warranties, either expressed r implied, including the implied warranties f merchantability and fitness fr a specific purpse. N warranty is prvided if the Slim Wave System is mdified withut the express written cnsent f PHI Management. PHI Management shall nt be liable in any event fr incidental cnsequential damage. This warranty is nt activated befre the custmer returns the cmpleted Slim Wave System registratin frm within 30 days after the purchase f the prduct. This warranty is nt assignable. Service Supprt: T return yur Slim Wave System under the terms f this ne year limited warranty, yu must cntact us fr a return merchandise authrizatin number (RMA number) within ne (1) year frm the shipping date. us at sw@slimwavesystem.cm t btain the RMA number frm ur custmer service department. The return f the Slim Wave System and all accmpanying dcuments must be packed carefully t prevent shipping damage. The RMA number must be clearly printed n the utside f the shipping cntainer.

2 Intrductin This peratin Manual prvides peratin and maintenance instructins fr the use f the SlimWaveSystem. The Slimwave System uses LED lights and ptinal vibratin t diminish bdy fat. Simply place the adjustable velcr LED light belt arund the target area (abdmen, arms, legs, neck, etc.) and set the timer n the base unit. The red LED light penetrates skin and pens the pres f fat cells allwing fatty acids t escape and burn ff mre easily during exercise. Use 10 minutes per treatment area, 2 t 3 times per week in additin t exercise and a healthy diet. The same LED cellulite reductin system used in medical ffices, is nw available fr the hme and business use. Make sure the FLH is in firmly against the bdy part. D nt allw light t shine int eyes as this can cause damage t yur visin. Use the Velcr strap t firmly attach the FLH t the bdy part desired. Turn the SlimWaveSystem n using the tggle switch next t the pwer crd plugin. Use the Acceleratr Buttn t start the Vibratin functin. This will enhance the effect f the LED Lights. Use the time buttns t set the time desired. The machine default setting is fr 20 minutes, we have fund 10 minutes t be an effective time setting. Use the - /+ buttns t adjust the time. Press the Wave buttn t start the light functin f the machine. The Wave will shut ff as sn as the time cunts dwn t 0. 3

Make sure the FLH is placed firmly against the bdy part yu are treating and secured with the Velcr strap. Make sure t use the Acceleratr fr enhanced results Make sure t fill in yur fd jurnal cntinually thrughut the day Drink Plenty f Water after using the device. Ideally yu want t drink ½ unce f water fr every pund f bdy weight every day, if yu weigh 130 lbs drink at least 65 unces f WATER each day. Be sure t make sure t exercise fr at least 30 minutes each day.
