5 Terms and Cnditins f Hire I agree t abide by the terms and cnditins f hire The Custmer agrees that where the Central Otag District Cuncil ( the Cuncil ) supplies the Custmer with gds and/r services, the fllwing terms and cnditins will apply: The Terms and Cnditins f Payment (if applicable) The Terms and Cnditins fr use f pl space Any additinal Terms and Cnditins agreed in writing between the Cuncil and the Custmer. Equipment e.g. inflatables/lane rpes/bbq t be supplied by Swim Centre and custmer must adhere t the swim centre rules fr use. Lead in ntice fr sprts grups/schls and events Event 2 weeks (depending n scale) Triathln/Swimming sprts/swimming carnival 4 weeks Private and Cuncil run Swim Schls befre the end f the previus term Terms and Cnditins fr Supply f Swim Centre space 1. Where the Cuncil prvides the Custmer with the use f the swim centre the Custmer shall nt use any f the swim centre fr any ther purpse ther than agreed t by the Cuncil. 2. The custmer shall remve any rubbish created and keep area in a tidy cnditin. 3. The Custmer shall give the swim centre lifeguards ntice f any incident/accident that ccurs while the event at the swim centre is underway r ntice any defect. 4. The custmer shall nt use any f the swim centre area in a nisme, nxius, illegal r ffensive way r allw anything r any act t be dne n r in any area that causes a nuisance r disturbance. 5. Dgs are prhibited frm all swim centre areas, unless it is an rganised Dggy Splash event at Mlyneux Aquatic centre which is held nce a year. Owners are respnsible fr cleaning up after their dgs. Health and Safety fr Pl Events Lifeguard instructin must be beyed at all times. CODC pl rules must be fllwed at all times.
