Present Trp Training at yur August and/r September Service Unit Meeting. Fifteen minutes has been scheduled fr the SU PSM t present training t the trps. Trps may participate up until Octber 7 th, just as lng as they are dne by Octber 7, 2018 and prepared t turn in rders and materials t yu by the date yu set. 3 Prepare fr the prduct delivery frm the agent and recgnitin delivery frm UPS/FedEx. Ashley will send yu an assigned delivery date/time fr yur prduct delivery. NOTE: yu (r yur representative) must be present t accept the delivery when it s scheduled t assure accuracy and t stre it. The agent is nt allwed t leave the rder n yur drstep. When recgnitins arrive (delivered separately frm prduct), check what s in the bx against the packing slip. If smething is missing cntact Ashley immediately ( ). Schedule trps t pick up their rders as sn as pssible frm yu, ideally within 24 hurs f the delivery. Bth yu and the trp representative shuld cunt ut prduct tgether and fr the trp t sign a receipt. Our partners attempt t ship recgnitins at the same time as prduct; hwever, they are cming frm a different vendr and may arrive at a different time.
